SHRIMP and PASTA at its BEST!

I happened on a quick video of The Barefoot Contessa (Ina Garten) making Shrimp with Pasta and made it tonight .... OH MY GOSH WAS IT GOOD!

Cook one pound of pasta...I did a thin linguini

Sautee 1 1/2 cloves of minced garlic in a half stick of butter and about a cup of olive oil.....You know not to cook the garlic too long ... throw in 1 pound of peeled/deveined shrimp and sautee them until they're pink.......toss in about 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice and about 2 Tablespoons of fresh lemon rind zest......you can also throw in a pinch of red pepper flakes, or more if you like.

Toss the drained pasta into the shrimp/lemon mixture, mixing well to coat the pasta with that gorgeous butter/oil/lemon sauce, and throw in some finely chopped parsley.
Salt and Pepper and eat.

IT IS DEEELICIOUS!
