Barack's Pastor in FULL GLOOM...I mean BLOOM

If this video of Jeremiah Wright isn't racist, what IS?

And, really, there are racists among Whites and Blacks and they're ALL bad, VERY bad.... but for Obama to consider him his mentor, for his little girls to go to this guy's Sunday School, for his family to be pastored by a guy like THIS? And Americans want Obama to lead ALL of us?

Imagine if McCain went to a church whose Pastor came close to spewing this kind of racism.........the media'd be in an uproar. *in a larger picture, one can see Wright's shirt says AFRICA

"My friends, we live in the greatest nation in the history of the world. I hope you'll join with me as we try to change it." (B. Obama) Exactly. ...and there's more:

Obama and the Minister
By RONALD KESSLERMarch 14, 2008; Page A19
In a sermon delivered at Howard University, Barack Obama's longtime minister, friend and adviser blamed America for starting the AIDS virus, training professional killers, importing drugs and creating a racist society that would never elect a black candidate president.
The Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr., pastor of Mr. Obama's Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago, gave the sermon at the school's Andrew Rankin Memorial Chapel in Washington on Jan. 15, 2006......

Could somebody explain how Rev Wright can justify his statement from two years ago with the fact that, today, millions of White folks are voting for Obama? Does he GET IT YET?
OH, NO! TODAY HE SAYS THIS!:
"Reverend Wright preached the gospel of Jesus, a gospel on which I base my life," he wrote. "... And the sermons I heard him preach always related to our obligation to love God and one another, to work on behalf of the poor, and to seek justice at every turn."
WHAT a smooth talker...

Hi All,

On Pastor Wright and Obama...

It's clear from the Pastor's oratory, he is not a Christian. This man, whom Senator Obama has made clear is his mentor, is nothing more than a hate monger, and a racist, anti-American inciter in a robe.

He is, a dangerous man. All one has to do is listen to the cheering parishioners to know he is dangerous.

No true Christian would spread hate of his fellow man. Pastor Wright it appears, is a fraud. He uses the facade of "reverend" to incite his flock to hate white people and America in the most crude, insulting terms.

Senator Obama has attended this "church" for twenty years and clearly feels loyalty and affection for this man who he seems to regard as a teacher. Well, Senator, we are judged by the company we keep.

I ask you, if a white politician attended KKK meetings every week for twenty years and had a close personal relationship with the Grand Dragon or Wizard (or whatever he's called), would anyone here be satisfied with that politician's statement that he doesn't agree with everything the leader says?

There is no difference between the KKK and Wright's "church". None. They both preach hate, and racism.

It begins to appear that Senator Obama himself is a fraud. He is not who he appeared to be. He is an ambitious man who does not speak of race, yet attends a "church" whose charter seems to be all about race, and racism.

How unfortunate that the first black person to seriously have a chance to be President of the US is possibly a racist.
How unfortunate that this Senator, who disdains even wearing a pin depicting the American flag, may be anti-American.

Sometimes if someone seems too good to be true, it's because he is.

Sorry, folks, but we cannot run the risk of having a man heavily influenced by ENWORDS of this ilk run our country. We just CANNOT. Obama was baptized in a virtual Fountain of Filth in a so-called "Christian Church" run by Hatred and Degradation. Pastor Wright is an embodiment of PURE EVIL cast in the mold of ADOLF HITLER.

Obama's Pastor: "God Damn America" and U.S. is to Blame for 9/11

March 13, 2008 - 9:50 ET

Sen. Barack Obama's pastor says blacks should not sing "God Bless America" but "God damn America."

The Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Obama's pastor for the last 20 years at the Trinity United Church of Christ on Chicago's south side, has a long history of what even Obama's campaign aides concede is "inflammatory rhetoric," including the assertion that the United States brought on the 9/11 attacks with its own "terrorism."

In a campaign appearance earlier this month, Sen. Obama said, "I don't think my church is actually particularly controversial." He said Rev. Wright "is like an old uncle who says things I don't always agree with," telling a Jewish group that everyone has someone like that in their family.

Is Obama's Pastor a Liability?

Rev. Wright married Obama and his wife Michelle, baptized their two daughters and is credited by Obama for the title of his book, "The Audacity of Hope."

An ABC News review of dozens of Rev. Wright's sermons, offered for sale by the church, found repeated denunciations of the U.S. based on what he described as his reading of the Gospels and the treatment of black Americans.

"The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law and then wants us to sing 'God Bless America.' No, no, no, God damn America, that's in the Bible for killing innocent people," he said in a 2003 sermon. "God damn America for treating our citizens as less than human. God damn America for as long as she acts like she is God and she is supreme."

In addition to damning America, he told his congregation on the Sunday after Sept. 11, 2001 that the United States had brought on al Qaeda's attacks because of its own terrorism.

"We bombed Hiroshima, we bombed Nagasaki, and we nuked far more than the thousands in New York and the Pentagon, and we never batted an eye," Rev. Wright said in a sermon on Sept. 16, 2001.

"We have supported state terrorism against the Palestinians and black South Africans, and now we are indignant because the stuff we have done overseas is now brought right back to our own front yards. America's chickens are coming home to roost," he told his congregation.

Pris and FT, this SURE does explain his not putting his hand over his heart for the Star Spangled Banner, huh? Remember, his only retort when questioned about that was "I do that every time WHEN I AM IN THE SENATE" What kind of response is that? "...and when you're not, you don't? WHY NOT?" but our media hasn't the guts to ask this. And they especially don't want Americans to hear his answer.

This video DID remind me of a KKK meeting, Pris; Angry, condemnatory, bringing Jesus into a fight in some pretty NON-Jesus ways (FT...that pastor said THOSE THINGS? it's worse than I thought) Some Christians. And Obama's THE MAN for SOOOO many Americans...the Blacks who'll vote for him simply because he's Black, the liberal Dems who will vote for him because it's SO COOL to have a Black president who offers CHANGE (don't ask what that change is, or who's paying!), and some Republicans who're apparently backing him...."that'll teach McCain not to mess with us! who CARES if the Supreme Court justices he'll appoint will screw American values we hold dear for the next forty years!"

doesn't make much sense, does it. Yet...........there he is.

OH, for a Black man with integrity who's been raised to love this country and wants to do the best for her. but, alas.

If only Michael Steele–––a really good guy––– had Obama's LOOKS, he'd be a SHOO-IN.

To this we've come:

The candidate with the most "charisma" holds sway over an America just BEGGING on BENDED KNEE for a DEMAGOGUE to promise them everything, then give them SERFDOM under a Marxist/Internationalist Regime.

The Evil Pastor Wright has "just" retired. LOL!

Do you wonder why?

He's a serious embarrassment to B. Hussein Obama and a grave threat to Bambi's mammoth ambition.

JINGOIST at FPM suggests the emergence of this video and attendant information comes from The Clinton Campaign.

If so, we should only say, "God BLESS you, Hillary, for playing Paul Revere in these increasingly troubled times."

Free Thinker...I personally think Michael Steele is WAY better looking than Obama.. but, maybe I'm in the majority; and yes, how sad that we care in America about looks.

Also, that video is ON THE CHURCH'S WEBSITE. It's among the "Best of Reverend Wright"...seriously! You can't make this up.

Imagine ..instead of "God BLESS America..it's God Dam- America"?

Ya, we're all finally seeing why Obama won't cover his heart for the flag or the anthem.

Z,

I'll bet you won't see even a HINT of this at ABC, NBC. CBS, NYT, WaPo, LAT, Time, Newsweek or the Communist News Network (formerly known as the Clinton News Network.

This willful cover-up or deliberate mischaracterization of TRUTH on the part of the "Mainstream Press" is the Sorrow and the Pity of today's America.

This guy is one hateful sonofa.

I'd be afraid that 'church' would burst into flames when he started screeching, "G-Damn America" from the pulpit.

I couldn't sit through the rest of the sermon, let alone TWENTY YEARS of it.

I'll bet Hillary is happy today...

FT....I was just with friends who said they'd seen nothing of this in the mainstream media....have you yet? WOW...talk about an omission, huh? As if a black pastor saying anything this hateful isn't newsworthy, especially when this pastor's the mentor for a presidential candidate more than half of America seems thrilled about?

Brooke...sonofa is right.....except that would be insulting his mother. And yes, one might even think everybody'd get up in outrage and say "How DARE you talk like this about America?" instead, you see them with their hands in the air like they're singing a praise song, screaming "Go, brother!", spurring the man on. He gets like Hitler and Hillary when he gets going...shriller and shriller and nastier and nastier.

Well, he's 'retired' now...I wonder how THAT happened! The mainstream news said "he's retired after 37 years at this church", implying he's been there so long, he had to retire.

As IF. God forgive me, I hate the media.

Brooke said...

Yes, and he's been retired for a mere two weeks.

What a coincidence. Not.
