Can Obama Help?

Let us suppose for a moment that you happened to be someone who had never owned a home.  And you happen to be black.  It isn’t quite fair, you know.  White people own homes, so why can’t blacks?  This is exactly the question attorney Barack Obama asked himself some time back in his communist, uh … community-organizing days.  So he riled up a bunch of disenfranchised poor people, 99.99% of whom were black, and they sued Citibank for —oh, I don’t know, maybe loan discrimination.  And then a miraculous thing happened: Obama won his lawsuit, forcing Citibank to offer mortgage loans to 186 black American families.  What a wonderful story.  It almost brings a tear to my eyes.

Almost.

The problem, you see, is that of the 186 families who received mortgage loans they couldn’t afford, only 19 black families still own their homes.  Citibank foreclosed on the rest of those homes.  It is perfectly understandable, of course.  You see, what happens when people lie on their financial statements, when they obfuscate facts, they qualify for homes they cannot afford.  And sneaky pond scum who call themselves communist, uh … community organizers have them sign loan agreements that start off with monthly house payments of around $1,000 a month, which almost anyone can afford.  But then, within eight or so years, those house payments balloon to at or above $3,000 a month, which hardly anyone can afford.  Add to that all the luxuries every family likes to have, diminished cost of living, and staid salaries.  And let's be honest, not every family makes wise financial decisions.

Also, factor in Barack Hussein Obama's unemployment program which disproportionately hurts black workers of all ages [Source].

And this brings us to three essential questions.  First, has Barack Obama’s communist, uh … community organizing efforts helped, or hurt the black community?  Second, given the fact that almost no one can afford Barack Hussein Obama “help,” why are black Americans still lining up behind this lying dirt bag?  Finally, why isn’t Barack Hussein Obama in jail, along with Chris Dodd and Barney Frank?  Okay, I admit that last question is rhetorical.

But yes, those liberals sure do love their black folks.

Black Voters.........what do you think?

Herman Cain "Black Americans are brainwashed"

Dr. Cornell West  "Blacks don't vote monolithically."

90% of Blacks vote Democrat.

Do any of you think that Herman Cain means 'brainwashed' as if he's implying Black America can't think for itself or does he mean that Black America's been marching to the liberal drummer for so long it can't or won't think otherwise?

Do you think Dr. Cornell West makes any sense when he says Black America doesn't vote monolithically as he said on FOX the other night?  Doesn't 90% seem awfully monolithic to YOU?

What percentage of Black America do you think might be rethinking their vote for Obama by now, or even Democrats in general?

geeeeeZ :-)

Racist Tea Parties? I can't watch this enough

Great group of Conservatives here....speaking out from what THEY know, not what they're TOLD to know. And, please make sure you listen to the disdain in the questions they get....it's an important part of this video, sadly. Imagine the media reaction had the questioners been conservatives?! But, MOST importantly...listen to the answers...it's about TIME.

"Negrophilia?" What IS that? And why does it matter?

What Is "Negrophilia" and Why Does It Matter?
By Sylvia Thompson | Published 06/25/2010

(Sylvia Thompson is a black conservative writer whose aim is to counter the liberal spin on issues pertaining to race and culture. She is a copy editor by trade currently residing in Tennessee.) BOOK REVIEW:
I recently finished reading the book "Negrophilia: From Slave Block to Pedestal--America's Racial Obsession," by Erik Rush, a black American author whose articles sometimes appear on ChronWatch. I thought it worth sharing what this term means in the context of what is happening in America. The information in Rush’s book needs to be disseminated throughout the country if we are to survive Barack Hussein Obama.

If I may paraphrase, the condition of negrophilia, spawned from political correctness (PC), is the irrational state of refusing to see evil in some blacks and attributing to all blacks a mythical “holiness*.” Sort of a twisted reasoning that blacks can do no wrong because they have suffered so much. Never mind that other races and groups have suffered as much or more, whites (even the sane ones) have been so indoctrinated through PC that they can’t see the idiocy in this thinking. That is deadly.

Consider these examples.

Obama has tried as best he can to put obstacles in the way of efforts to protect the Gulf coastline from the oil spill. He literally denied state officials the resources that they needed and requested. Governor Bobby Jindal of Louisiana went around him. Equipment is now being employed to dredge the oil away from the shore. Obama (through the Coast Guard) recently stopped the dredging. The excuse is that moving the sand harms the environment. The oil, of course, will do more damage to the environment and the economies of the states affected.

Why then would conservative leaders, such as Newt Gingrich, still be attributing the abysmal responses on Obama’s part to “incompetence.” Any right-minded person can see that these actions are by design. They are to destroy the oil industry and eventually the nation. Why can’t a man as intelligent as Gingrich grasp this fact? I think negrophilia fits here. Gingrich can’t bring himself to admit that Obama is an evil, disturbed man, because Obama is half-black.

Obama and his sycophants posed a six-month drilling moratorium until they can determine how to prevent another spill of this magnitude. Newsflash: As long as humans run an endeavor, there will always be accidents and mishaps. The evil in this move is glaring. Thousands of Americans will lose their jobs. If they do receive the shakedown money stolen from British Petroleum (BP), what are they to do after six months? The jobs won’t be there; they will go to foreign countries. These people are self-sufficient workers; welfare does not work for them.

Why won’t the Republican conservative leadership get behind the people taking legal action against Obama on this issue? Why aren’t they announcing broadly that the behavior is not against BP but against average Americans? What besides a disorder such as negrophilia can possibly account for this craven weakness in the opponents of Barack Obama?

Governor Jan Brewer and the citizens of Arizona decided that they would take action to protect themselves against the incursion of illegal aliens. Attorney General Eric Holder and Obama (both black men) immediately attacked their actions, without first having read the law that Arizona citizens proposed. Why was there such a tepid response from Republican leaders on this behavior? As an American, it shamed me that there was not more damaging outcry from so-called leaders.

Further, why is there not an actionable response to Obama’s disrespectful treatment of Governor Brewer? He simply ignored her as she pleaded for assistance. What white president could get away with that kind of crap? Not one. Yet the fear of Obama’s blackness, the disorder of negrophilia in play, ensured that the airwaves would be silent of people who could actually do something about the behavior: political leaders. I am livid witnessing the degree of spinelessness in face of such unprecedented lawlessness from Obama. It’s enough to make a sane person do something drastic--like join a militia.

And more, a general and his staff have made statements that reflect their true disgust toward a weak, pansy of a commander-in-chief, who despises them all. Obama has done more to cripple the American military than any enemy past or present could ever have hoped to accomplish. He is set on corrupting unit cohesion with open homosexual behavior in the ranks; he shows disdain for the fighting forces by rubbing his affinity for Muslims in their face, when Muslim Islamists are the very people they are fighting; and he despises the Judeo-Christian faith to which the majority of the soldiers adhere. That all Americans who oppose this miscreant Barack Obama are not standing before the White House gates with pitchforks and flaming torches (or the 21stt Century equivalents) is a sickening travesty. How much more will Americans allow this despicable person to do before they get in his face and say “No More!”?

Sadly, the only outcome that I can foresee (barring a real game changer at the polls in November 2010) is that the vast majority of Americans--the non-elites, the non-talking heads, and particularly, those who are not afflicted with negrophilia--will revolt. Whichever side wins that confrontation, Americans or Obama and the left, will face the task of rebuilding the nation, either in the image that the Founders relying on Judeo-Christian principles intended or the image that Obama and the left intend. If the left wins, there will be no America, as we once knew it.

Z: WELL! This book's quite something, isn't it........At least two Black Americans aren't afraid of saying what they think of Obama and NEGROPHILIA. By the way, Eric Rush is the Black musician/author who broke the Jeremiah Wright story.
What do you think of the ideas presented in the book review? It's pretty 'hot' stuff. I'm curious.

Pictures are Astronaut Higgenbotham, Lena Horne, Booker T Washington, and Thomas Sowell.......bright, independent, talented and self-made. They didn't rely on anybody thinking there's anything 'holy*' about them because of their skin color, did they.

A SCOTUS judgement today...Blacks in the Fire Department

Did you see THIS article on what the Supreme Court ruled today? The suit itself is pretty benign...but the cause of the suit seems less benign to me..........

Here are the paragraphs which most caught my eye and my curiosity:

"Today, the Supreme Court affirmed that job-seekers should not be denied justice based on a technicality," said John Payton, president of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc., who argued the case. "This victory goes well beyond the immediate results in Chicago. It should ensure that no other fire department or employer uses a discriminatory test, and LDF will go the extra mile to make sure that they do not."

Anyone who scored 64 or below was deemed not qualified. But the city set a second cutoff score of 89 points.

Officials told applicants who scored below 89 but above 64 that although they passed the test, they likely would not be hired because of the large number of people who scored 89 or above. The majority of those in the top-scoring group were white; only 11 percent were black.

Only 11 percent in the top-scoring group were black so we lower the bar? Shouldn't we help those blacks do better instead of dropping the bar? If anybody raised the bar JUST to keep blacks out, they should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY, obviously! But, if this was proven, wouldn't that have happened? Does this leave cities less safe because we'll be allowing in people who aren't qualified for these important jobs? Doesn't that matter?

The actual suit is about the time people have to file a suit when they feel discrimination has happened, that's fine...........but the gist of this suit, what set off this suit, seems more important to me. Why wouldn't we just put a SET NUMBER on the testing and anybody, regardless of color, either passes or doesn't...those who don't pass, aren't hired. Or, give them a second chance with all the information review they need to learn and pass? Is that so impossible these days? Are we that far gone? If I was a black man desirous of working in the fire department, I'd demand they find the most reasonable cut-off number for the testing grade and stick to it....and, if I didn't pass, I'd study until I did. And I'd feel proud that I did, wouldn't you? I wish that for the kid in my image above, IF he chooses to become a fire fighter.

Ethnic studies ...is Arizona right again?

HERE is an article about Arizona's newest move back to SANITY. The first paragraphs are:

Local school and college officials Wednesday blasted the passage of a new Arizona law that bans ethnic studies in public schools, calling it an attack on freedom of speech and minorities. HB 2281 bans schools in the state from offering classes designed for students of a specific ethnic group or that promote ethnic solidarity.

What they've been doing in Arizona is teaching African-American kids African-American ethnic studies....Latinos are taught Latino ethnic studies, and Asians are taught Asian ethnic studies. That's in HIGH SCHOOL, folks. Not the usual and beneficial courses like an English class that includes the great writers of Central America...or a science class which makes mention of Black American scientists....No, I'm talking about classes devoted totally to ETHNIC STUDIES IN AMERICA, depending on which ethnicity you want to choose. I post this because I was disappointed in the Tucson "Director of STUDENT EQUITY" (WHAT kind of post is that?), Mr. Augustine Romero, who was interviewed yesterday afternoon by John King on CNN. I took notes:

When King asked anything that sounded like it wasn't supportive of Mr. Romero, he posed the question as a "Devil's Advocate" question, typical of CNN. Not a "Well, I heard this, though...are you sure you're right?" No, he back pedaled and asked sheepishly his best questions like "Let me play devil's advocate and ask you if it's not true that the superintendent and many of the teachers who are told to teach these studies say these classes are set up to promote resentment for America from these ethnic groups....and that they promote the overthrow of the United States government"

"OH, no..." Mr. Romero responded..."...that's not true.

Mr. King, to his credit, comes back with "And, isn't it true that you say all kids can take any of the ethnic classes and it's a healthy melting pot but the kids actually self-segregate and only take those ethnic classes relating to their ethnicity?"

Mr. Romero answers with "Well, okay...that's true (Z: he'd presented it previously, several times, by saying all ethnicities can take any class and DO, which is apparently not at all true once King put his feet to that fire), but it's because these kids should and like to take classes CULTURALLY RELEVANT to themselves." (Z: your tax dollars at work, folks) "We look at the LESS FAVORABLE ASPECTS OF AMERICA as a MEANS OF UNDERSTANDING SOCIAL POLICIES BETTER SO WE CAN MAKE BETTER POLICIES IN THE FUTURE." (Z: OH, I'll just bet)

Romero than asserts that stats show that students who take these classes perform better, more graduate, and more go on to do well in college. WHY? Couldn't it be that the brighter kids bother to take these kinds of classes, anyway? How the heck could Ethnic Studies help kids perform better in general? Mr. King never asked that.

Any criticism was responded to by Mr. Romero with insults to the critics (surprise!) "The superintendent also voted against bilingual education which is 'basically anti-Latino'."

WHAT? Being against bilingual education is a bad thing? Why should these kids be more stupid than my own grandfather who learned English in about six months? Why the low level of expectation by Mr. Romero and others of his ilk that these kids need to learn in Spanish? Is it just to make sure they carry on their family tradition of Mexican gardener and Mexican cleaning lady because they didn't learn English? Why wouldn't he want higher expectations for those kids? Of course, the teachers MAKE MORE MONEY when they teach bilingual, did you know that? That's been a big bugaboo here in California and didn't go down well even here when the truth was leaked that it's about bigger salaries, not bigger hearted teachers meaning to help bilingual kids!

Then, I LOVED THIS....this "Director of Student Equity", Mr. Romero, a teacher himself, says "Here is WHERE WE'RE AT.." Where we're AT? I hope he's not teaching English!

Ah, well...please read the article I linked above...HERE it is again......and let me know what you think after having read that and having hopefully read about the interview, quotes of which I present above.

You think specific classes of ETHNIC STUDIES, which the Superintendent of Tucson's School District and many of the teachers say are "promoting resentment among students for America"....and "promoting the overthrow of the US government", are a good idea? Mr. Romero says that's not true, no overthrow is ever discussed (though he admits that his Hispanic Ethnic Studies group is La Raza-based)....has he heard of THIS?

Arizona's Governor Jan Brewer did sign the law..HERE is another piece on it with more information.....There cannot be ETHNIC STUDIES taught anymore........I say those kids ought to learn with all the rest of the ethnicities in their classes about ALL ethnic heroes in America. And, of course, I'd love it if they mention WHITE MEN AND WOMEN and their contributions, too? Don't you? YA THINK!?

BLACK CONSERVATIVES? Ya, lots of 'em........

HERE is an article about Black Conservatives and how they get called names for not being Democrats. Sad, isn't it? Got to think like a Democrat, or you're not BLACK, apparently!?
Here's a video on just this subject......it's fun, I LOVE this guy... please give it a watch.

Michael Steele might have just lost me....

I had remained one of Steele's fans in spite of some of the questionable stuff he's said lately that's turned some of you right off.
I saw him two months ago at an event that was probably 20% Black and 80% White.....the crowd went MAD for him. The very idea that he's now saying that he thinks he and Barack Obama have it harder because of their color rankles me SO MUCH I think he's finally done it for me. I'm very sorry about that.

THIS
article and video surprised me, big time. I mean, I liked him because he was a GOOD MAN, not because he was Black. And, if I finally get turned completely off, it'll be because of something about his character that bothers me now, NOT his COLOR!!

The article includes "He grants that his leadership style has "rubbed some feathers the wrong way." ...how's that a race thing?

Tea Party racists? And Stupak was NEVER going to vote against the bill....did you know that? Here him SAY THAT down below in the video

Tea Partiers apparently shouted the N word at some Black politicians Saturday.
Does that sound like any Tea Partier YOU KNOW? Hint: No.

What's to stop anybody from joining in the huge crowds of Tea Partiers and screaming obscenities at anybody? What's to stop the left from doing that to make the movement look bad?

Here's a quote from the article:
"On Saturday, Frank, however, said he was sorry Republican leaders didn't do more to disown the protesters. "
"Republican leaders?" WHY? Can he absorb the fact that not all Tea Partiers ARE Republicans, or even Conservatives? Some are Democrats who can't stand the big government take over. Some are ...........shhhh...........BLACK!! ("Oh, my GOD!! That means they just CAN'T be Republican, RIGHT?!!" wrong) And, there were many at the only Tea Party I ever went to here in L.A., by the way.

This kind of thing is WRONG, NOBODY should use the N word .... but let's not be Democrats like Frank, jumping in SO EAGERLY to condemn all Republicans. That is ridiculous. And, oh, please, let them find out James Carville put someone up to this. Please..........wouldn't that be rich? But, we'll never find out. The Left always wins....the media's so on their side there's barely an attempt at finding out the truth anymore. By the way, Frank just called Republicans "clowns"...now that is REALLY rich, huh? !!!

And, please, everybody, let's not get into a conversation about the N word being fair game... it isn't at this blog. Thanks.

Then, we have Rep Neugebauer from Texas apologizing for having yelled "Baby Killer" at Stupak when he capitulated. Neugebauer says he said "IT's a baby killer," but, nevertheless....apologies needed again by the Republicans. So....do you think there will be an apology to pro life groups who supported Stupak after they see THIS VIDEO that Beamish brought to our attention in a comment here at GeeeeeZ? (heard about THIS in the media? ya. sure...not)

Black American Commercials...and THE BEST VIDEO!!

Have you noticed how many commercials have Black Americans in them these days? I think it's a terrific sign because advertisers don't appeal to anybody if they can't SELL.

I say this is terrific because all we hear about is how Black America's falling apart, Black America's kids are nothing but Hip Hoppers, Black America needs entitlements and affirmative action, Black Americans.......blah blah blah.........Sure, they have problems, and SO DO WHITE AMERICANS and ASIANS and every group has its problems, but this catering to Black America in ads (print and TV) seems to indicate something important.

WHY would American advertisers, in this economy, waste a cent if they didn't think their ad's going to attract PEOPLE WHO CAN BUY, or who need to manage their funds, like Fidelity Investment's ad featuring a Black couple? Maybe the best kept secret is something most of us already know: There are plenty of fine Black Americans who don't fit the media's depressing characterizations................Seems to me like every Black kid in America who's brutally killed was an HONOR'S STUDENT or the principal at the dead child's school will say how he was loved and respected and helped people..........you think that's an accident?...that they're only killing GOOD KIDS? Of course not. The fact is there must be plenty of them, right!?

I'd like your thoughts and I'd so appreciate your commenting. Thanks.
AND, not too far from my post's subject: Kids of EVERY COLOR (and adults) should see the following video...ENJOY! Smile, be optimistic....there is REAL HOPE!!? (yes, you never thought I'd be FOR something with 'diversity' in the headline, but, how bad can that story be!?)

Isn't that GREAT?
