Our nation is crying out for the Lord's help more than ever. We need to be discerning in watching for his reply.

I also know that Isaiah 58:9 is true. Thank God for His help and peace in time of trouble...

Have a hopeful Sunday, Z. We love you...

Two small, incomplete biblical references with the immense power to heal broken hearts:

... Be still, and know that I am God ...

... Lo, I, with you always ,even unto the end of the world...

May God bless our beloved blog hostess in her time of sorrow, and may He bless everyone with ears to hear His voice.

... from every mountainside let freedom ring.

Liberty is everyone's God-given right. However, if we do not love and respect our Lord, how could we possibly expect to continue enjoying His great Gift?

The farther we move away from the blessings of true Christian faith the closer we move towards tyranny.

Man without awareness that the Holy Spirit is the cornerstone of Life and the most powerful governing element -- that Soul alone defines our true selfhood -- and that God is the embodiment and perfect expression of Truth, Love, Principle, Intelligence, and Life, itself, Man is lost in the jungle of mortal error and is guided only by his own wayward, self-destructive passions.

If we work earnestly to believe and turn to prayer whenever rage, selfishness and anxiety begin to take hold of us, we CANNOT fail.

True liberty is being released from the burden of our sins. If ever we needed the guidance of our wonderful savior, it is now. Thanks for the simple but insightful reminder.

Just like when Daniel knew that the wicked law was passed while he was in exile, he then went right back to doing what he knew was right, spending time with his God in prayer. God Bless you Z.

I try to see the Time of Obama as a message from God: "Wake-up now...right now!" We have become more and more liberal in our legislation for year now. We think we have reached the pinnacle of liberalism, but I fear that is scheduled for another year or two out.

Who would have believed this could happen in America without some Time with Obama? Are we crying out?

Thanks for this meaningful scripture, Z.

I sensed your need quite strongly today, and you've been in my prayers. But this has also touched me exactly where it hurt today. Blessings.
