I think these flags said "Yes We Can" and "Hope and Change" in Arabic. A tribute to Obama and Bill DiBlasio, New York's new mayor.

Sort of on a par with how Michelle and Axelrod worked at the big hospital in Chicago for about a quarter million each but, at least when SHe left, they didn't have to hire anybody for her position. For someone who worked hard enough for $250K a year, I found it odd that they didn't have to get anybody to do ALL THAT WORK! :-)
