You have a great weekend too!

Layla, would you believe I see 'trackback' everywhere and have ZERO idea what that means!?

And, as a new blogger, I am so flattered and thankful that you included me in that amazing post of yours...among SUCH good women bloggers. I'm really proud of that. As I always say, the very best thing about blogging is THE PEOPLE...fantastic bunch, and you're right up there with the best of 'em, Layla! Thanks SO much.

I was distracted and had to look away for a second but my eyes drew back to the screen when I thought I heard someone being mauled.

False alarm. It was just Whitney Houston singing.

I think the lion remembered them quite well.

Happy day to you and Mr. Z! Enjoy the wedding and have some cake for me. Great video find although I can't help but wonder how many zoo keepers this got killed when they got up the courage to try this. :)

This is amazing. Who wouldn't love the joy in this video. It's so touching.

Good grief, I still remember the day, after only five days being away on a short vacation, when we went to pick up our dog at the kennel with great excitement to see him.

He stood there and looked at us like, who are you?
True, it only lasted about a minute, but I thought, "how quickly he forgot". Needless to say, we were 'crushed'.
The ungrateful canine. Mr. Pris spoils him rotten, and this is the greeting we get? Ha, Ha.

Pris-It isn't that he's forgotten, it's he's surprised by joy that you remembered him!

Happy wedding!!

Funny how things go around at the same time.. just had the video sent to me a few days ago and I wept like a baby.. then spent the afternoon watching the whole documentary about it on you tube.. :-)

Thanks MW, but I think traumatized might be a better description.

From then on, we left him home. Our son offered to come over and look after him, and we took him up on the offer. He was fine under these conditions.

This is a dog (Rush is his name), that sings (howls) when we come home after an hour of our being gone.

All's well that ends well.

Thanks again MW,

Pris

That is so cool,z...I couldn't keep a dry eye either! I think that one's going round to my non-blogging friends by email.
Hope you had a great weekend.

Oh Z, you had me reaching for the Kleenex. That was just fantastic and made me feel oh so wonderfully human. God bless you and Mr. Z, thanks...

What this says to me is that LIFE is inherently good, and when we RESPECT Life and respond to Life with Love and Care, we are very apt receive beautiful rewards such as this loyal, affectionate bonding between Man and Beast.

Loved that crack about Whitney Houston, Beamish!

Her distorted "Gospel style" rendition of the Star Spangled Banner made me feel physically ill.

I swear I thought that lion was going to eat him!

LOL, Beamish!

The video is very cool!

Snopes had it on the verified list not too long ago.

As Z, herself, has asserted several times, Snopes can't really be trusted. It too is highly politicized toward the left. So is Yahoo. So is Google.

We are being CONTROLLED by the very smart Smart Alecs who own and operate these dubious "services."

Public Mind-Control started with Hollywood and the News Industry and then moved to TV when the moguls realized sixty years that THEY held virtually ALL the cards in thee the political game.

WE only get to know what THEY choose to TELL us.

Google, Yahoo, Snopes–––ALL of them–––are FILTERING, EDITING, DISTORTING and OMITTING whatever the bosses there don't like.

fabuloso!..hope y'all had a blast girl!

"a blast" isn't even the word, WHT!

Thanks, everyone, for the good wishes for the wedding....It was MAGICAL...I don't think I've been that happy in a long time. Just gorgeous EVERYTHING! I'm considering doing a picture on the blog..probably won't, for privacy sake, but maybe just the setting!!? Ya...

OH, did we have fun!!

AND...i'm so glad those of you who hadn't seen this video were touched; it touches something very deep inside us, doesn't it!??

(OH, and by the way, another Democrat whispered to me last night that 'I just can't vote for Obama...I have to vote for McCain...we won't need free health care or any other kind of change if we don't get terrorism under control..' Isn't that great! AND, she's terrific and wants my blog address! SO...there are smart Dems out there making the "Right" choice; I just hope there are more and more....."

(and yes..I can't HELP talking politics anywhere, even at a wedding where I think I danced every dance!!)

Pris I can almost guarantee that your dog was mad at you! I have two of the smartest and most affectionate dogs, and the one time we boarded them for a few days they didn't speak to us for three or four HOURS!

Now we leave them at home and have a girl come to the house three times a day for walking and food. They practically SCREAM when we come home now. The little black long-haired Chihuahua, Jacob Epstein, howls like crazy and the beach mutt howls badly but she gives it hell! Dogs HATE to be boarded, the cacophony drives them batty. It's the showers too. The big dogs...LOL!
