"Oh, sure, Alan....The reason Couric and Gibson and Williams are following Obama on his upcoming trip is because Obama INVITED THEM! THAT's why they're going with him......(WHAT??!)"

News flash to Alan Colmes. If Obama invited them to come with him then the trip would break election laws as it would become for the primary purpose of campaigning. (which is what it really is for anyway) As the trip is being paid for by tax dollars, THAT'S RIGHT -- YOUR DIME AND MINE!!!, that would be using tax money for the campaign and he would be breaking the law that governs how that money is spent. The real truth here is that these anchors are Obama tools and they swoon at his feet and couldn't bear being away from him for a week.
Alan is such a door knob. Sometimes I wonder how he comes up with this stuff. He is the ultimate spin master...and not that attractive I must say...ew. :)N

Do you all know Alan's married to Republican talk show host and pundit MONICA CROWLEY'S SISTER? Imagine THEIR Thanksgiving table conversation?
I guess it's mean to constantly slam his looks (but SUCH fun and SO true) BUT, the ATTITUDE, his smarmy "you are all SO WRONG and DESPICABLE" really GETS to me SO BADLY.
Something I've noticed lately is worth noting, I think. He used to quickly issue some sentence he thought completely negated whatever any Republican (including Hannity) said at the end of a segment JUST before the commercial and it always made him sound like HE was right and everything that had been said was dead wrong. THAT HAS STOPPED lately, I notice... Not sure if they told him to quit jumping on Hannity's segment OR he just can't come up with much anymore to negate what the Right's saying? Check it out. it used to drive me WILD and it's just not happened the last month or so..
HE is the one constantly screaming for the Right to "do you have proof of that?" "can you show us where you got that information?"
And, the other night, he dropped on America the 'fact' that the WHITE HOUSE told Germany to deny Obama the ability to speak at the Brandenburg Gates... And NOBODY said "Can you prove that, Alan?"
Oh, sure...it's okay for the LEFT to lie and mischaracterize but NOT US, right?

Poor Alan is definitely ILL-FAVORED. (Oh how I love the way thee British put things!), but I sincerely believe that he is "playing a character part." In other words he was HIRED to say all the asinine stuff he says. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if he were loosely "scripted."
H&C are BOTH a pair of clowns in my never humble opinion. I stopped watching them years ago. O'Reilly is the absolute worst.

So Obama is off to Iraq eh, i hope the troops are bracing themselves for additional, desperate attacks. After all the terrorists know fully well that if they can time their attacks for the evening news and for Obama's trip, he can then proclaim to the useful idiots back home that he was right all along and the white flag is the only option.
FT, Mr. Z frequently looks at Alan and says "HE CAN'T REALLY THINK THAT"..but I'm afraid HE DOES. He has a whole radio show where he apparently spouts the same drivel!
I'm with FT on this one...I can't stand watching either Hannity or Colmes and Bill O'reilly...he's a lunatic too.
