Happy Father's Day...........

"We tell you the good news: What God promised our fathers he has fulfilled for us, their children, by raising up Jesus. As it is written in the second Psalm: 'You are my Son; today I have become your Father......I will give you the holy and sure blessings promised to David'" Acts 13: 32....
"I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty!" 2 Corinthians 6:18
Happy Father's Day to the greatest Father of all...and all of you dads!! Here's a picture of the beautiful Santa Monica bluffs taken by Mr. Z, another great dad, in his honor....and His.

Beautiful tribute, Z. Nicely done.

Mr. Cube and I are both fortunate to still have our dads. I called mine early this am and we talked politics. I get that from him.

I couldn't be with my daddy today, and I miss him terribly. I hate that he spent the day alone.

God bless all of our dads those that have gone home to be with the Lord and those that God has granted us more time to be with.

Ooo, wow, Z. Great picture. Reminds me of my college years. We drove often from UCLA to the bluffs of Santa Monica and to the beach. Hey, you can study chemistry as well as read novels on the beach, right?

Susannah and Opus, thank...I'm so glad you liked the post.

Opus, what do you mean about novels and chem?? Come to think of it, I should mention that I'm SO PROUD of my 19 yr old nephew who got into UCLA right out of high school and is pulling a 3.9 in biochemistry!
