Z, this is funny. But, would Brigitte Bardot be laughing?

So, how far behind France are we anyway?

Pris, as we know, France is very slowly but deliberately voting for conservatives more and more, as is Germany, and they're trying to extricate themselves from the outrageous socialist spending they were drowning under and now who's following the footsteps of countries who've seen the light and trying to wise up? US, that's who. We are not far behind France AT ALL. Except they're FINALLY growing up.
Will we?

This is more scary than funny to me.

Hey, you do know that once the government becomes "responsible" for paying for everyone's healthcare that people with "bad habits" will become pariah's, don't you?

I'm with Cube. It's more scary than funny to me too, because even though it seems grossly exaggerated, it may be closer to being the future than we think... especially in California. You know what they say about California: That they start the trends that always spread throughout the country. *sigh*

This is a glimpse into the future.

This is so much more about America than California. That's why I posted it, that's why I wrote "Coming to a theater near you.." It's not coming to a theater, it's coming to all of us.
We just elected a very conservative Sate Attorney and the amazing Tom McClintock won a congress seat, too. Arnold ran as a conservative, too, and many are angry at his turning his stripes. I believe we probably have one of the largest and growing (fast) Jewish Republican groups in the country, too.
Massachusetts was the first state with gay marriage, not California.
BUT, I will say Hollywood (with an address in California) is LARGELY to blame for lots of the nasty tv and film that the whole country has to see. I guess it's sort of a good metaphor of California; there's a lot of really bad stuff in the product, but a lot of excellent stuff, too.
And nobody can stop watching.

fj..I read your line about "people with bad habits" "becoming pariahs" and Christians immediately came to mind. strange, but not really THAT strange.

Z,

The folks who put this video together did a great job! They really deliver on their points!

Habeas Corpus and full Bill of Rights now extended to enemy combatants thanks to SCOTUS. A five to four decision.

Our defeat is almost compleat.

November will mark the end of us. You saw it here first.

Well, 'anonymous', thanks for sharing that here 'first'. I was just about to post it and will now. bad news for sure.
