Sunday Faith Blog

Yes, it's me....playing and singing. The recording is from a cell phone in a crowd, live. Sorry for the bad quality. I just hope you enjoy it. I love the lyrics... Merry Sunday before Christmas! Love, Z (thanks again to the amazing Miradena for putting this together xx)

I couldn't see this on the IPad and was about to post Rogers/Wynonna's version on my own blog and decided to check your post again while I was on the laptop. Sure enough, same song.

Your voice is beautiful Z. Thanks for sharing and Merry Christmas.

And Merry Christmas to all my friends here at Z's place. It's been enjoyable debating whether we agree or disagree.

May each of you have a very peaceful Christmas.

Z, how beautiful, your voice is a God given gift. So rich and absolutely lovely.
I too had tears as I listened.
Thank you.

May all here have a joyous Merry Christmas.

Thanks Z. Your beautiful voice came across very well. That is a favorite of mine - too.

Merry Christmas to you and all of your commenters.

Thanks, everyone, I really appreciate your kind words.

Rita, I'll check out your version; I know mine morphed from the early days of singing it into something quite different than most singers do. I just love that song.

Thanks EVERYBODY..xxx

It's a wonderful song, Z. The words are compelling. Your voice is beautiful -- lovely, warm, evenly produced sound from top to bottom -- and you sing as though you really mean it, which of course, I know you do.

I so wish you had recorded more! You are very gifted, and it would be awfully nice to have complete Z-Album to enjoy whenever the mood strikes.

I remember hearing your version of Moonlight in Vermont several years ago, it too was lovely and thoroughly professional.

I hope, even though you are so busy with the new job, that you are continuing to sing?

Merry Christmas!

FT..I think that Moonlight in Vermont was one of my best recordings but the new end I tacked on never got recorded.
I wish I could figure out how to get that on here...I'll try:-)
Thanks for remembering and thanks for your nice words.

Ditto what JonBerg said, Z!
(Like I said on AOW's site... I'm not very original. BUT IT'S THE THOUGHT THAT COUNTS!)
MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Beautiful.

Hubby and I are going to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra in Nashville the day after Christmas, a present from our daughter. That should really be nice. We had early Christmas with them Saturday.

Wishing you and your family a Blessed Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year.

I am so upset that I don't see anything to click. Not sure why that is. Maybe it's on my mobile device. Merry Christmas Z.

Lisa, I'm sorry, too.
There should be an arrow in a circle on the top left in the images...

I hope you had a very happy Christmas!
