Hey Z!
I talked to Tommy and he's agreed to have concerts All Over California in Feburary, this year
;-]
Regards the image, there are some similarities between oblabber and Francesco Schettino, particularly in the incompetence and lying contexts. :)
YOU talked to "TOmmy"? Are you his manager or something?
I mean..."i talked to him and he's agreed.." with YOU, or he'd agreed before? :-)
I have to tell you I like guitar but not enough for a concert. if it was Joe, I'd probably make an attempt, though!
Z, No, that was just for fun on my part. Yes, I know you prefer brass. Well, I'll keep an eye out for Joe concerts then :)
Brass? Well..ya.
I'm more a voice fan than instrumental, so there ya go!
Thanks, Kid..xx

That's what i'd love to see after the next election, the worst president eva [as the youth of today would say] fading into obscurity and Americans glad to see the ass-end of him.
Z, KP, There isn't a Creedence tune I don't like. Steppenwolf eh? I have that album :)
I really enjoyed the originality and musical talent of the 70's. Some good one came along after but not many.
Kid, that's great!
MAGIC CARPET RIDE........what a beat!
Oh, and I love SHE'S GOT LEGS...
ZZ Top is fun!
And Lynard Skynard
and old Grateful Dead like MAMA TRIED and BIG BERTHA! :-)
I guess we could both go on and ON and on, right!?
Z, We could go on and on. yea, ZZ Top.
[Teleprompter] Jesus Just Left Chicago, and he's bound for New Orleans..
PS, She's Got Legs. One of the very few tunes I actually danced to.
Z and others, tell me what you think of this non vocal dubstep skillset:

KP, MJ would be jealous.
I hear you. Incredible!
Kid, I am with you on CCR. And I still enjoy the Scorpians: "Winds of Change" "Send Me An Angel" and stuff like "I Can't Explain" "Rhytm Of Love".
Z: Check out Zero 7. Easy listening. I think you would approve. Worth checking out checking outer.
They are Henry Binns and Sam Hardaker. Sia is the gal that sings for them on "Destiny" "In The Waiting Line" "Home" "Somersault" and "Passing Bye".

Kid, are there lyrics about Jesus in that ZZ Top tune?? I didn't get the connection!
what a HUGE crowd!
I think I'm at the wrong blog. Nice Pic, BTW.
Z, It comes in at 3:20. I shoulda mentioned, it's a long clip
Lisa, those make me sick.
Can you IMAGINE if the Right had done anything like this? The media'd be ANNIHILATING it...unreal.
Even leftwingers ought to know that's wrong...as an America, I feel almost filthy watching it..it's so unAmerican.
Bob...wrong blog? Or too much MUSIC TALK?!! :-)
Kid...I probably watched most of it the first time; I just couldn't tell what they said !! (you have to really strain to get it, don't you?)
thanks
Z, I've herd the song many more times earlier so I probably didn't notice it's hard to pick up.
Kid, I can't get SHE'S GOT LEGGGGS.. out of my mind the last day or so and I'm putting all the blame on YOU, so don't talk to me (smile!)
SHE'S GOT LEGGGGGS...... :-)
Z, Try This
Z, Now you're making me think about LEGGGS! and other things
Kid...is Emmanuel a mentor of Joe's? Do they have anything at all to do with each other, do you know?
He's older than Joe, but, then, everybody's older than Joe :-)
WOW, that's really quite some guitar playing!
".......she KNOWS how to use 'em.."
heh heh
Z, Tommy and Joe are both from Australia. Joe played that same tune in his audition on Australia's Got Talent at 15. Joe has played a few times with Tommy on tour, and has played some gig's with Tommy's brother Phil Emmanuel.
Tommy is one of Joe's idols and Joe says he learned to play from Youtube, not doubt watching a lot of Tommy. Tommy has a lot of instructional stuff on Youtube also.
But he was also influenced a lot by Chet, and Django and many others. He really has a lot of different flavors. He really has developed some unique style.
PS - hahahaa. I love legs............
Here's Joe when he won Australia's Got Talent
