Oprah thinks Sarah Palin would be a "fantastic interview.."

...right "fantastic interview" but NO WAY is she having her on. At least not yet!
This is the woman who 'cried her eyelashes off' for Obama...so you can imagine which side of the aisle she's on. Of course, you didn't need to hear about her eyelashes, you only have to watch one show to know her agenda. And she IS entitled to prefer a liberal candidate. And she is entitled to vote for a Black man. (and heck, even I got teary watching a Black delegate wipe a tear off his face upon hearing the first Black man get the Democrat nomination, but we won't relive that again here~!)
SO...Why do you suppose Oprah's scared of Sarah? She DID have Obama on. Sharpton excuses that away saying that was BEFORE Obama got the official Democrat nod "and he had books to sell". Right.

Here are the only possible scenarios I see for "Oprah has Palin on her show":

Is she sweet and friendly to Palin? No. That would bring the best out in Palin and possibly make Oprah look like she's liking her. Can't have THAT!

Is she tough and asks only political questions? OPRAH? Who would come out on top of that exchange? (Answer: not Oprah) Can't have THAT!

Is she in her cordial mood where she acts friendly but it's obvious she's not loving it? Imagine how Sarah would shine in trying to lighten her up and win her over? Imagine the sympathy the audience would have for Sarah then? Can't have THAT!

I'm thinking that the rubber's gonna meet the road when Oprah's DYING to have her HERO and Mrs. Hero on her show right before the election to clinch the deal. CAN SHE? Can she have the Dems and not the Reps? Can she be that exposed for her bias? She's entitled to have anyone she wants on her show, but ....... isn't it the usual thing to have both sides represented on nationally syndicated, highly successful shows?? I should mention that Oprah is saying that she'll be happy to have Sarah on "after the election." Interesting.

Oprah could have a leeeeettle problem here, folks. You think she'll have Obama on and diss Sarah? Or do you think she'll have them both on and risk Sarah's popularity rising with her personality and enthusiasm and charm?

Poor Oprah...what do you think she'll do?

Sarah Palin on The View.

You know, I'm trying hard to figure out a place where she WOULDN'T come off the winner......can you?

Anybody who speaks in front of millions of people for the first time, on a teleprompter for the first time, and that teleprompter doesn't work and she wings it like she did doesn't scare easy.

whew.

Dear Sarah sure does put the Libs in a terrible quandary doesn't she? Astute observation of yours. My guess: Oprah won't be able NOT to have a major national personality on her show, no way, and I don't think Sarah would turn her down, but I think she'll wait until she's elected because then she'll be able to weather her charm and popularity better.

CJ said...

...or NOT elected of course, after the fact anyway. I guess she could get away with not having her on if McCain-Palin loses, but somehow I think Palin will continue to be popular enough to be hard to ignore even then.

But I can't see that ticket not winning at this point.

Z said...

cj, I forgot the point about 'after the election'; Oprah DID say she'd have Sarah on AFTER the election and I just went into my post and added that!
Thanks!

I also did a blog on this subject Z.
Is this not ridiculous and beyond belief or reason?
Anyone in her position would give anything to have Sarah on their program. This goes to show you what a RACIST she really is.

LETTER to an OBAMANIAC

Have you seen the pictures of Obama's Kenyan family? Have you read about his family history?

"Things are seldom what they seem."

The carefully tailored, highly polished Obama image is false. He is linked directly with primitive savages, communists, anarchists, racketeers and the Daley Political Machine in Chicago --- an organization defined entirely by corruption. His mother and father's behavior, her father's attitudes, the early years as a in Muslim in Malaysia, an undergraduate degree from Columbia, a Harvard Law degree, experience teaching "Law" at the University of Chicago, his career as a "Civil Rights Attorney," and his role as a "community organizer" and his long-time "church" affiliation give ample proof of his having undergone a thorough Marxist indoctrination.

"A man is known by the company he keeps.

"The thought is father to the deed."

I'm sure you are bound and determined to vote for him simply because he is not a Republican, but I believe Obama represents a grave threat to continued existence of the America I know and have always loved --- an America that is all-but-dead today thanks to the ceaseless machinations of Marxists.

Making a mockery of the things one despises is a time-honored, highly civilized way of expressing hostility without resorting to violence. Hence, "Sharia Mama." If these people ascend to the throne, the initiation of Islamic Sharia Law as the law of OUR land will follow more easily, because the Obamas will do nothing to resist it.

It is not Obama's color that repels me, it is his background, his lofty-sounding vacuousness, his supreme egoism, his cordiality towards our enemies, his internationalism, and above all his manifest desire to complete the task of refashioning our country and turning our once-flourishing representative republic into The Union of the Soviet Socialist States of Amerika. The man has all the makings of a first-class demagogue.

"Democracies are most commonly corrupted by the insolence of demagogues."

For your information my first choice for the Republican's vice presidential candidate was Star Parker, who is black in case you didn't know.

Theme Song for Michelle Obama

Sharia Mama, of Sub-Saharan hell
Tell your folks, Sharia,
I do not wish them well  . . . (YIP! )

My old Sharia Mama wears a bamboo skirt
She dances barefoot an' her feet don't hurt
We think and pray Sharia on the moonlit sand
And when we kiss she hollers "Man, I love your gland!"

Sharia Mama, of Sub-Saharan hell
Tell your folks, Sharia,
I do not wish them well  . . . (YIP! )

We came to Cuba for a holiday,
Sharia Mama said it took her breath away
Vacation's over and it's time to go,
But when I say “Let’s go,”
She holler "No, No, No!"

Sharia Mama, of Sub-Saharan hell
Tell your folks, Sharia,
I do not wish them well  . . . (YIP! )

My little Kenyan queen I'll build a hut for you
The floors an' doors will be the best bamboo
And 'neath the Kenyan moon in the sky up high
We'll think and pray Sharia
And the Infidels will die!

Sharia! Sharia Sharia! Sharia!

Real soon we’ll have a great big family
To raise some little martyrs for Shari’ society
We'll give Sharia Papa a fifty-cent cigar
'Cause he's a proud Sharia grand-pa-pa!

Sharia Mama, of Sub-Saharan hell
Tell your folks, Sharia,
I do not wish them well  . . . (YIP! )

Sharia! Sharia! Sharia! Sharia!
YIP YIP! YIP! YIP! YIP! YIP!

A WHITER SHADE OF PALIN

A Ballad by Dan Collins

She smote the gob of Andrew
He lay heartached on the floor
I was putting my own boot in
As the left cried out, "You whore!"
Now the blogs were humming harder
Colmes's post had flown away
When we called out for another dink
Avarosis had his say

And so it was recounted
(Dennis Miller told the tale)
That Obama, first just mostly
Turned a whiter shade of pale

She said, "I'm Sarah Palin,
What you see you get, with me"
But they fingered through their gender cards
A little nervously
That this chick was a Rethuglican
Really put them on the spot
When Rush opined that she was hot
They insisted she was not

And so it was recounted
(Dennis Miller told the tale)
That Obama, first just mostly
Turned a whiter shade of pale

She said, "I'm from Alaska,"
To the man on NBC
Who rejoined, "I didn't ask ya"
And begged to disagree
Stating, "You must be the harlot
Who took Maverick for a ride"
And she drubbed him so completely
He very nearly died

And so it was recounted
(Dennis Miller told the tale)
That Obama, first just mostly
Turned a whiter shade of pale

If screeching be the speech of fools
Then Amanda is their Queen
As preposterous as it may appear
They claim their shit is clean
Likewise that is is most fragrant
When they vent it through their ass
And that their lies are made of truth
When they are merely crass

And so it was recounted
(Dennis Miller told the tale)
That Obama, first just mostly
Turned a whiter shade of pale

Oprah is a total hypocrite.
First she said "There has been absolutely no discussion about having Sarah Palin on my show"

Ten she said that she would be glad to have her on the show after the election!

WHAT?

Why would Sarah want to go on the show after the election?
Let me get this straight...You made "the decision not to use your show as a platform for any of the candidates?"
Then why have Obama on?

Anonymous said...

I have no idea what Oprah will do … I have never watched her program, and I probably never will. But let’s just for the sake of argument assume that she does invite Obama Rama to appear on her television program, and that it does just as you suggest. It clinches the deal. What does THAT tell you about the IQ of the average voter?

When the WILL OF THE MAJORITY follows STUPID, it’s time to start taking aspirin as if they were breath mints. God forbid … the United States of Ducky.

Forget what it tells you about the IQ of the average voter, it tells me that the Obama supporters are RACISTS!

As Oprah is!

Dan Collins' lines are clever and I'll let them stay tho they wreaked a little havoc on my cringe-monitor.

Bob...You know hypocrisy is the nickname of the Left!

Mustang, Oprah is SO powerful, SO well watched, that her NOT having Sarah on will not look good. I simply refuse to believe all her millions of minions are Dems or that they honor bias. I think this will wake them up.

Sarah Palin is the biggest problem for Oprah since she went on the air, I swear.

NYGuy..welcome! As you know, Oprah has every right to what she wants to feel or do, but I'm with you, it shows something terrible.........but I think it's less racism than the same inability to be honest and fair that our media has. And they all call FOX biased?

This Oprah thing is ENORMOUS..she's got MILLIONS of viewers and readers and there is NO WAY this will go away for her. Her STAFF wants Palin on!

Palin will skewer Oprah, and SHE KNOWS THAT!! She can't not GLOW in the Oprah attempt at looking fair...I hope they have her on.

And I think they'll HAVE to. hee hee

Hi Z, I just came around to thank you for the visit to my blog.
This one on Oprah the Dopera is a great one.
I agree with you all the way.
She is a racist ass-hat

CJ said...

I'm sure a big show like Oprah's will organize things so that Oprah doesn't get skewered. They'll research her at least as well as the McCain camp did. I'm kind of thinking it could look like a big buddy-buddy thing by the time they get through (Oprah really doesn't DO debate, she's not up to it), but however they do it Sarah wins.

I've made a point of watching some of Oprah over the last few months since she started promoting all that demonic New Age stuff, and she seems to have become an elitist snob of the peculiar sort that follows that sort of junk -- SOoooo "enlightened" compared to the rest of us, especially the Christians who are of course the most "unevolved" of all.

I think I'll make a point now of praying for Palin to be strengthened to deal with all that anti-Christian stuff that will be beamed at her.

Rick Frea said...

I think Oprah dissing Sarah will actually boost Sarah's popularity.

You asked, "What do I think Oprah should do?"

I think the evil old bag of snot should have a stroke 1/2 hour after she finds out her accountant stole all her money! Awww...not really. She can keep the money. Why should the taxpayers be forced to pay for her stay in a nursing home?

Anonymous said...

The McCain campaign should try to book Palin on Oprah's show and force her hand. Then if they get the cold shoulder, they can leak it out there for all the women voters to hear.

Shoprat is right about Oprah. I watched her show years ago until she began to see herself as "the answer" to society's ills.

If she had Palin on her show I'll bet she would take that sympathetic but serious tone while she asks about how a public official deals with an out of wedlock pregnant daughter.

And what, as VP, would she do to work for a program for girls in her daughter's situation who are not so fortunate to have an in- tact family who has means.

Most media types would give a left arm to get an interview like this. But Miss Oprah is above the rest, don't ya know.

She dipped her toe in political waters and is finding out she's now boxed in and can make real enemies if she missteps.

If she asks Sarah for an interview after the election, Palin should say thanks but no thanks.

Oprah is in a NO WIN situation.

If she does NOT have Palin on, she's a wimp and a political party hack. If she DOES have Palin on, she'll look lousy no matter HOW it goes (oprah, that is)

Palin is TOUGH and they don't even get how Tough, in my humble opinion.

I personally think she'll disarm Biden, too. BIG time.

No way should Sarah Palin go on Oprah's show.

And besides, no way would Oprah share the light with Sarah..uh ,no way no how.

Will Oprah ask Sarah to be on her show? WHO CARES!? Sarah will decline the offer! Oprah needs Sarah a LOT MORE that Sarah needs Oprah.

The look on Oprah's face when she gets snubbed----PRICELESS!

Aurora said...

z, exactly right. Oprah's got herself in a bit of a conundrum by coming out and advocating the Obamassiah as she has. The scenario you point out here is what was running through my head. I posted on the whole Obama/Oprah thing as well. They've got this weird little religious connection as well, Obama being an 'enlightened and evolved person' and all, and her feelings towards him are 'very, very personal' while Michelle says that Obama has 'touched her deeply'. Weird... Very weird!

Z said...

Aurora, don't forget Oprah's new mantra "Don't make the pathetic error of clinging to the old rugged cross"!
Nice Christian girl, eh?

such hypocrisy, such unkindness, and such bias.

It's her show, she can do what she wants, but it's SO OBVIOUS that Sarah's scaring her witless..

Last night on FOX they, too, talked about the conundrum of Oprah having Sarah on, and agreed with us that "Sarah is a WINWIN for herself and a NO WINNER for OPrah"..no matter WHAT Oprah decides to do, Sarah will shine....i love it!

In truth Oprah is classic "Great American Success Story." She started at the lowest part of the bottom, had a viciously poor start in life. Yet somehow got in touch with her inner self and found the strength not only to resist what seemed her inevitable fate --- the usual Ghetto-Blasted, blighted, immoral, dysfunctional life of a Welfare Case --- but also her considerable talent and how to succeed by using the resourced she was born with.

She is one of the richest women in the world, if not THE richest, and she was NOT "pushed" by George Soros or anyone else. She did it on her own.

We used to talk approvingly and admiringly of "self-made men" in this country. What could possibly be wrong with the concept of a "self-made woman?"

Oprah IS The American Dream personified. She worked WITH the system and made it work FOR her. Isn't that what conservatives have always wanted EVERYONE to do? I certainly do think it is.

I haven't looked at her program in many years, so I don't KNOW what has been going on there lately, but the apparent trouble with Oprah, is the way she seems to have deserted the system of open opportunities to work hard, pursue a dream and achieve fulfillment in favor of the socialist ethos that is bound and determined to keep EVERYBODY in chains, EXCEPT the "elites" who expect to administer this system of punishment and poverty for all.

It looks very much as though folks like Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, the Kennedys, Howard Dean, and of course the dear rich b-tches Nanny Pelosi, Dianne Fiendstein and Barbarous Boxer-Dogg, et al. are blissfully content to have used the system they now want to destroy to THEIR advantage, but to deprive others of the the same opportunity.

Either that is stupid, wicked or both. What ELSE could it possibly be, if one applies LOGIC to the situation?

Oprah loves Obama because he's black above all (even if he's only 6% black as someone here pointed out recently, and I wish that would become general knowledge), and so successful so young. That's why she was crying her eyelashes off more than anything else -- same reason Z teared up on seeing the emotion of black people at Obama's success. It's understandable.

As for her personality, I think her own great success went to her head and she's no longer able to wear it gracefully. This is the source of her phoniness. She's out of her element. She's visibly self-conscious now in a way she never used to be.

Somewhere along the line she got these big ideas about her own importance as the savior of humanity, with the clout she has with her billions, and more recently her pretentious New Age stuff which is really just a delusion she's caught in, out of her own pride and naivete.

It's also very dangerous and anti-Christian, and she's already one of the most influential forces for sheer demonic power in the nation. The devil knows how to play people. I actually feel sorry for her. She's got lots of natural gifts, personality and ability but pride has blinded her to intellectual fakes and the spiritual deception now preying on her and working through her. Sad.

Cj,, I think you're mostly correct. I remember Oprah as an extraordinarily talented actress, and really believed for a long while that she was a bridge over the chasm that does, indeed, exist between the kind of "black" culture we have in the USA and the dominant white community.

I admit I have paid little or no attention to her for years, and so am probably out of touch with who she is today. If she is in fact a victim of her own great success ––– as many so blest have become ––– then we should, indeed, feel sorry for her.

Palin in the View?

Those women (uh, I use that word lightly) wouldn't even know how to approach her. Palin speaks on a different level than they do. She'd have to dumb down her responses just for them to comprehend.

Minus Elizabeth, of course. ;-)

I could be wrong here, I haven't watched this one in at least two years. I think it's a JOKE!

Ya, there's been talk about Palin on The View, too, Pinky.

Joy Behar would twitch herself right off the stage, so she'd be gone...she BRiSTLES when a Republican's name is even MENTIONED..

Barbwa would be so polite the audience would be cringing with the obviousness of her trying to cover up true feelings. Woopi would be joking and making herself look like an idiot.
Elisabeth Hasselback ... she'd be delighted, I guess but, as Conservatives are known to do, as O'Reilly does, would try to show how OPEN MINDED and NONBIASED she is, so's to give Palin NO support.
