Sunday Faith Post. You won't want to miss this one! :-)

You don't want to miss this one.............

Dependence on God, great love of family, prayer, humor and trust.....what an example.

"The Lord is my light and my salvation - whom shall I fear?"  Psalms 27:1

I wish them years of health and happiness.........

Have a great Sunday......Seems like Dad did everything right to the best of his ability; let's hope the groom carries through....looks promising!

Off topic...Z, how have the recent earthquakes affected you?

Lisa said...

Wow That was one of the most awesome things I ever heard.

AOW...have felt two rolling quakes for about a minute each. Nothing like you're seeing on TV, but closer places to the epicenter feel it worse, obviously.

Lisa....isn't that terrific?

Really good video. "Don't screw it up". Priceless!

I was waiting for the implied threat.
"Don't screw it up" works, eh Bob?

Man I just loved that video.

What a message! I'm remorseful to have missed this in my life. Just beautiful. And a perfect perspective for all of us - 'Lord, make her like you.'

(A note to AOW: the quake's epicenter was about 20 miles SE of downtown LA. Z and I are nearer to the coast. My husband at home didn't notice it. I was with out of state [never-been-in-an-earthquake] visitors in downtown LA in the Disney Concert Hall. We really rocked and rolled, and they are going home with a story!)

I hope she realizes what a great daddy she's got and I hope that kid she married will be like him.

Baysider,
I have everal in-laws in Southern California -- in the LA area and close-in, at that. So far, I've gotten no updates from any of them. I hope that they're not busy straightening up messes after the quakes.

Let's see....Quakes in Southern California -- and snow here in the D.C. area today. Sheesh.

Anon: Girls usually marry their daddy. That's why it's so important to be a dad,

Ed, you are SO right about that.

AOW...I know NO ONE who had anything even drop; so don't worry too much about your relatives!
