I really enjoyed these fine flowers Z. The last one reminds me of a ballistic photo. :-)

I'm in desperate need of some peace.

Is that a peace lily in the first photo?

Tom, you're so welcome...and welcome here.

Cube, thanks!
Chuck, enjoy the color...it must be even more beautiful after the snow...I believe the flowers in these shots were from Ms Z's backyard and I know she's very happy when the sun's out in Munich again!

HAM...we're all blessed by beauty, aren't we! I'm glad you liked these...

Jingo, what's a ballistic photo?

Always, I can only imagine how much you'd like some real peace for a few days...the top is a white tulip.

Brooke, doesn't she? Thanks,I'm hoping she'll be reading the comments, she'll appreciate yours and all of them :-)

Reminds me of some of the paintings of Georgia Okeeffe, who also put you right into the heart of a single flower –– a bee's eye view, if you will. ;-)

Gorgeous. Wunderschon.

It's a slow motion photo capture of what happens when a projectile hits a surface.

The red one reminded me of a .357 hitting a kevlar vest. I know, strange..

We just picked up begonia and petunia plants for Mothers Day (grandma will get them too) - but would love to be able to make such pretty colors stand out the way you've done here! Happy Mothers Day to all yours out there too :-)

To all:
Thanks for all your nice comments! The rain had just stopped and I loved the beauty of the raindrops on the flowers in the morning dust in my backyard. This is the first time I used my new macro lens for raindrop pix.

Have a wonderful, blessed day
Ms. Z
