From the 'sublime' to the 'ridiculous' (that'd be the info in the post below! :-)

There is still calm and beauty in the world as we argue about politics and the economy and a seemingly valueless culture.   These pictures were taken in Munich Friday, by my stepdaughter, Ms Z :-) Enjoy.
Then read the unbelievable information in the posts below and get yourself all ticked off again after this brief beautiful respite!!
Thanks, Ms. Z...

...for sublime to become 'grotesque', often all you need is but a change of eye. And vice versa. ;)

Very Barbizon feel in the lighting of the top photo. Rather nice.

Ducky, except that the Barbizon school also includes so many darker skies, too. It's just a beautiful sky, that's for sure...as are so many skies painted by the Masters.

Linda and Pris, glad you liked them so much. We need beauty these days, don't we.

Yes, we do Z. We need beauty and grace. It woud be such a nice change from the crassness and crudeness we see on a daily basis.
