Rest in Peace with your twin brother, Robin, and your younger brother, Andy...and thanks for great memories.
Barry Gibb has lost all of his younger brothers.......what are the chances? Please say a prayer for him and all the family.

Peace and comfort to his family and friends. They had a great act.
they SURE DID....those moments on the disco floor were absolute GOLD and their harmonies were fantastic.
I loved "Saturday Night Fever when I was a middle schooler, so much that I went to school dances with the same style suit John Travolta wore in the movie.
My only claim to fame was that I looked somewhat like the non-Bee Gees brother, Andy...
Later, I learned that the Bee Gees had a whole career before that movie.
RIP Robin Gibb...
Andy was VERY cute, SF :-)
How can you mend a broken heart?
beautiful song, Elbro...
the answer to that's not so easy.
You're so right Z.
The Bee Gees were terrific.
That family has suffered so much tragedy, my heart goes out to them.
I was never a fan of Disco and the Bee Gee's didn't do a lot to improve the situation. "mend a broken heart" was not a bad song but had it been released at a later time I really think it would have been a bigger hit.
The loss of any artist is a loss to the time and era that they performed in or presented their art form.
It has indeed been a tragic family with all their losses at early ages.
I am sure that many will continue to "dig" the sound. However disco will never be one of my favorite era's.
