I just posted this too!
Frosty but still kickin.
It's a cozy 17 degrees F currently here.
That is a classic photo if there ever was one...
When is Bush going to get the blame for this?
We got pelted with a couple ice storms. Streets and the lawn were skating rinks following the first. I haven't been outside since the second. Single-digit temps in the forecast for the next couple days. More than a foot of snow predicted for the northern part of the state (IN).
I'm ready for some hope and climate change.

Great pic!
Don't know how we managed to luck out and get primarily rain from this last one. First break we've had all winter.
LOL nice one.
This year, we here in the D.C. area haven't had nearly as much snow as last year's Snowmageddon. But we have had more than our fair share of ice. Having all that ice is typical of years with a late Easter.
PS: Today is brutally cold and with high winds, to boot. Ugh.
I posted this on my Facebook page a few days ago. Are you hacking my Facebook?
WoW Ducky, that IS lucky considering others' plights.
My niece in Chapel Hill had to miss a conference in Boston due to the snow...
Mark, I don't even do Facebook, how weird is that! Maybe it's just GREAT MINDS!? xx
AOW...hang in there...puxatawny(sp?) Phil predicts an early spring!
Sunday School Song
All good things on earth
Are sent from Heaven above,
So thank the Lord.
Yes thank the Lord
For all His love.
He brings the snow in winter
The warmth to swell the grain
And every little drop of
Soft refreshing rain.

The first day of Spring is roughly 6 weeks after groundhog day, so no matter what Punxatawny Phil sees, we will have 6 more weeks of Winter.
Sitting at the keyboard in shorts and a t-shirt makes me feel sorry for all the folks caught up in this awful storm.
Please don't hate me because I'm warm...
I had the "tribe" do a NOSNOW dance and so far so good. hahaha
I've bee praying so Ducky gets snow IN his house, right over his bed, during the middle of the night. It's not working.
Just pray that ducky - and all the rest of us - someday see the light.
"Then shall I know even as also I am known."
