Obama wants to give $845 million MORE for "GLOBAL POVERTY". Um.........WHAT???? If you have a strong stomach, read this:

UPDATE: I just watched Hillary glowingly introduce Obama .... Obama said "We want to deliver the AMERICAN DREAM to every corner of this country" He forgot to mention his apparent dream of bringing OUR DREAM to ".. every poor country in the world."

Yes folks, we Americans are so magnanimous we will now support the world's poor. Of course we've spent trillions over the last 40 years to help our own less fortunate.
Now, since that monumental failure has taken place, we are going to be required, in concert with the UN, another failed experiment, to fail on a larger scale.
Of course it's only a matter of time, at this rate, that we, as a nation will join those we're supposed to help.
I think what the Global Poverty Act really means is, everyone in the world will be guaranteed equality in poverty. Isn't that special?
Of course this will not include the world's elite. They hold the pursestrings, after all. They get to decide. And they will decide they must remain powerful in order to oversee this new third world existence that we all will share.
It's my understanding it passed the House without members even having researched it themselves. Some it seems are having misgivings! Really? Ya think?
Obama is a co-sponsor of this legislation. Evidently this is what he means by CHANGE!

This is great news, Z. But I wonder, couldn’t we purchase the entire continent of Africa for a lot less money? Oh, my use of Africa as an analogy wasn’t a Freudian slip . . . where else could African Obama be talking about? Has anyone (besides me) noted that with more than half of the African people professing a belief in Islam, the oil sheiks are contributing essentially nothing to improve their lot? Beyond that, have the socialists in Congress forgotten that the Executive Branch is separate and equal to the other two? I’m only asking because, according to the World Net Daily article, “Specifically, it would ‘declare’ that the official U.S. policy is to eliminate global poverty, that the president is ‘required’ to ‘develop and implement’ a strategy to reach that goal and requires that the U.S. efforts be ‘specific and measurable.’" I hope the president has the ‘nads to veto such a stupid bill.

So envy makes the poor feel good for a short while when they see the rich getting a kick to the guts.
