Quite a difference in ideology. What we know of Obama's history continually points toward him bettering himself and seeking what he could RECEIVE from America. What we know of McCain's history tells us that he is willing to GIVE his very life for America.

"Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country," comes to mind. Every time I hear Obama say that he's working hard, I get a lump in my throat -- it isn't emotion; it simply makes me want to spit.

I love the picture, Zee . . . it made me laugh before I thought about the underlying message. I'm getting ready to put up some statistical data you might find interesting.

Hi Z how are you?
The following is what I just posted at Heidianne's site...

My greatest concern is that Obama’s foreign policy will turn out to be a Jimmy Carter like debacle because he simply does not understand the complexities of global power and the U.S. role within this equation.

Bear in mind that Obama is the first post-Cold War candidate to run for the presidency of the US. Said an Australian commentator recently, “Obama has not internalized … all the deep Cold War questions and ways of thinking which have characterized all significant US political leaders up to now.”

He went on, “The great Cold War questions were things such as how does the US maintain its geo-strategic influence in key regions of the world; what is the interaction between US military posture and other nations’ economic development; how do you keep allies in line with grand Western coalition policy; what is the underlying global balance of power equation; how do you manage the emergence of great powers; how do you balance one power against another; when is it worth embarking on a counterinsurgency campaign and when should the US just stand back from a situation?”

McCain on the other hand, is more than well versed in such matters.

Oh my stars, this just needs a little refining and tweaking.

THIS is the whole point, but I am sure this is an example of one of those racist ads that good old Obama is going to fight against.

By the way, have you heard about the BET awards and chants of : "Obama or die!"

There is no question that McCain has paid for the right to run for president, makes a person sick that this odd ball thing is any place near to being in the whitehouse.
Which brings us back to the question of who is backing this creature.

And yes, one CAN expect a Jimmy Carter type administration, all signs are pointing to it, including all of Carter's old comrades and former advisors and so forth.

And look, he still has that nose up in the air pose, even in the African garb. Unreal.

"OBAMA OR DIE"?, WV DOTTR? ARE YOU KIDDING? The Black Entertainment TV (isn't that the acronym) had people chanting THIS?

mr. Z thinks we'll have some REAL unrest (as you know) if Obama loses. REAL unrest. Probably, it'll be all those dopy kids who'll not take the time to vote themselves but'll get REAL ticked off it their guy doesn't win.

All your remarks are just great...I'm glad you all enjoyed the poster, too. WV Dottr's right, this will probably be considered that "racist ad" stuff I railed against in a post the other day, BUT.......facts are facts, huh?

I'd call it FACTS ILLUSTRATED.......like Sports Illustrated. I wish this was just SPORTS, too. big time.

The Rodney King riots may pale in comparison to what may happen if Mr. Z is correct. Our house will be locked and loaded come november!

I agree, some conservatives need to pull their heads out of their asses and give McCain the nod...he is better than the alternative. :)N

So many Americans are caught up in the Obama mania. It scares me that they don't seem to care what he really stands for.

Ask anyone you know that is unsure whether to vote for him or not if they agree with the following which Dick Morris laid out:

• In effect, he would legislate a 60 percent tax bracket for upper-income Americans, killing all initiative and innovation. He’d raise the top bracket to 40 percent. He’d apply FICA taxes to all income, not just that under $100,000 as at present. So add 40 percent plus FICA’s 12.5 percent plus Medicare’s 2 percent plus state and local taxes averaging, after deduction, at 5-6 percent, and you have a 60 percent bracket.

• He would double the capital gains tax, saddling the 50 percent of Americans who own stock with dramatically higher taxes.

• He’d double the dividend tax, hitting elderly coupon-clippers now retired and depending on fixed incomes.

• He wants to cover 12 million illegal immigrants with federally subsidized health insurance, dramatically driving up costs and forcing federal rationing of healthcare. As in the U.K. and Canada, you will not be permitted certain medical procedures if the bureaucrats decide you are not worth it.

• He proposes requiring Homeland Security operatives to notify terror suspects that they are under investigation within seven days of starting the investigation

• He says that unless they can establish that there is “probable cause to believe that a certain individual is linked to a specific terrorist group,” Homeland Security cannot seize his documents and search his business. The current standard is only that the search be “relevant” to a terror investigation.

Put aside the good sounding speeches, do people really want to vote for THAT?

Mike, this country will NEVER recover. It's so awful to read that list..almost impossible to take it IN!

I JUST HOPE McCAIN DOESN'T GO WEAK ON THE POLITE STUFF and he GETS THIS INFO OUT THERE BIG TIME...but already he's playing the gentleman.

When Laura Bush said Michelle Obama probably didn't mean she hadn't been proud of America, she mean "REALLY proud", I nearly wept.

Republicans eat their young and go soft. I hoped mcCain might be different.

thanks for the concise information.....it's necessary that this gets out there. z

Nikki don't get me started on Juan McAmnesty, the global warming wacko. Conservatives needn't do ANYTHING, the Republican nominee needs to reach out to them! Juan is a Populist and a REVOLTING politician who only stands a chance because of the horrible alternative in this election. Had the Dems been smart enough to elect an Evan Byhe (SP?) we would get LANDSLIDED in this election with McCain. Even Hillary would have beaten John! To all you Huckabee voters out there, THANKS A WHOLE HELLUVU LOT!!!
