Oh, so true!

I've got it, and I don't want anything for it, thank you very much!
I'm going to write in Dr. Sowell, that takes care of Nov.

lol! Still, I will hold my nose and vote for the least electionally dysfunctional... i.e., McCain.

You guys make me laugh out loud!

elmers brother said...

nanc - side effetcts?

I heard once you take the medication it could make it hard for you to vote for 4 years and can cause little old ladies to hit you with their purse

hopefully it won't make you see blue

Nanc - we need a pill which gives one amnesia, to be taken immediately after voting. There would be one side effect: How the heck to get home!

Elbro - That is funny!!

tmw...I'd vote for Sowell too, in a heartbeart, but I don't want Obama to win SO badly that I can't.
Cube..I'm with you; and his own MOTHER is the one who advised holding your nose to vote for him, remember?!!

Elbro...I know something like that would come up. :-)

Mustang...great group, huh!?

in the rare event of an election result lasting more than four years, seek immediate medical help to avoid long-term injury

In other rare instances, voters reported a sudden decrease in loss of vision. It is not possible to determine if these events are related directly to the ED tablets or to other factors. If you have a sudden decrease or loss of vision, stop taking any ED tablet and call your voter registrar right away.

Sudden loss or decrease in hearing, sometimes with ringing in the ears and dizziness, has been reported in instances of listening to the MSM while on the medication.

It is not possible to determine whether these events are related directly to the results of the election, other diseases or medications, to other factors, or to a combination of factors. If you experience these symptoms, stop voting and contact a doctor right away.

Elbro...I know something like that would come up.

you mean 'pop' up don't you?

elmers brother said...

at this rate we'll have some pregnant chads soon

Z said...

Elbro, I thought 'come up' was funny enough, but if 'pop' is something you're more familiar, so be it!!! :-)

AND NO! "If you experience these symptoms for more than FOUR HOURS, get yourself to an emergency room!" I, for one, would LOVE some guy with this problem rushing to the ER only to be asked by the blonde, blue-eyed ER nurse "and what seems to be the problem?" hee!!

"pregnant chads"...darned good. Better than "pregnant Jeremies" (Oh, wait, if you read "Susie has two DADDIES", that COULD apply, right?!)

fun!

elmers brother said...

well I just thought 'pop' up was a little more 'unplanned'

don't get me wrong I like your comment too

Papa Frank said...

Those were HANGING chads Elbro not SWINGING chads!!!

"Do your chads hang low? Do they wobble to and fro? Can you tie 'em in a knot? Can you tie 'em in a bow? Can you throw 'em over your shoulder like a continental soldier? Do your chads hang low?"

elmers brother said...

the nurse will only tell you to put it away, I suggest pictures of Janet Reno in a bathing suit

"Lord, please forgive me and be with the starvin pigmies in New Gueny"(sic)

elmers brother said...

yeah but every swinging chad?

elmers brother said...

one could use protection - the world could always use another lawyer /sarcasm

Papa Frank said...

I'm glad you didn't link to Janet Reno in a bathing suit. LOL!!!

Z said...

I am CRACKING UP here, guys!

Thanks.......

that's about all the commenting I can do to yours....I have a reputation to protect!

elmers brother said...

your wish is my command

elmers brother said...

this is a much better pic

elmers brother said...

do you see what having this maladay can do to a person? pardon me while I go flush my eyes

Z said...

OH, ELBRO...WHERE did you find THAT?

"flush" is right!

The Merry Widow said...

Bleach works...

BTW-Some of our Florida chads were called pregnant...see how voting can affect you?

Papa Frank said...

I'm waiting until I bring home my welding helmet from work before I dare view your second link. You've gotta protect your eyes you know!!!

nanc said...

you'd think with all this electile dysfunction the choices would get harder and harder...

nanc said...

remember to call your doctor if it lasts longer than four hours...

Isn't "electile dysfunction" enough to make a Chinaman run to the doctor for Wiagra?

I've suffered from electile dysfunction since 1992.

MathewK said...

LOL

That's a good one Z and unfortunately true.

LOL! You guys are hysterical!

Off topic, Z. Crian came in and answered your question, so I thought I'd let you know. :)

elmers brother said...

nanc - side effetcts?

you often mispell(sic) words

Brooke said...

Can they come up with one that lets me vote whenever I'm ready, or does it come with immediate results?

'Cause my faucet might break on the way to the polls, you know.

Brooke said...

Maybe we should try some of these before we head out to vote...

elmers brother said...

and contrary to what the libs might think, we conservatives are not monolithic

The real dysfunction will come on the first Wednesday of November when the Dems start screaming racism/stolen election etc..

The anger is going to be a lot worse this time.

elmers brother said...

that's right brooke... a good set of beer goggles is what we need!

rotflmss!

Z said...

KEVIN..I've been thinking that exact thing...And the world will be outraged, too. EVERYONE LOVES OBAMA. ptui!

The left will have blinders on when they vote for an empty suit like him, so why not beer goggles for us!?

What a next few months THIS will be!!

The goggles looked like a Madonna bra to me at first!!!

52.6% of Democrats voted for someone other than Obama for the Democratic nomination.

Z said...

beamish, there's a group now made up of Clinton supporters who're voting for mcCain and their spokeswoman on television two nights ago was amazingly articulate and sure of her decision.

I vacilate between feeling there's no way Obama won't win....to feeling this election is McC's to lose.

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

52.75% Republicans voted for someone other than McCain for the Republican nomination.

Z said...

And your premise has been that they'll veer towards McCain now that it's Obama.

I hope so, beamish.

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

The unhappiness factor...

Of the 38,008,523 votes actually counted in the Democratic Party primaries and caucuses, 19,992,483 people didn't get the candidate they wanted.

18,206,083 of those 19,992,483 unhappy Democrats voted for Hillary Clinton. The remaining 1,786,400 unhappy Democrats voted for someone other than either Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama.

Yes, a total equivalent to 10% of the votes for Obama (and also equivalent to 9.8% of the votes for Clinton) came from Democrats that didn't want either Obama or Hillary to be the nominee.

The Democrats are going to fail to nominate a candidate most Democrats will vote for.

Z said...

Beamish...except he's SO damned GLIB. SO charming, SO smarmy..the guilt factor of his being black speaks to liberals.......the promises speak to liberals......

People don't ask who's paying for what this guy wants? People don't ask what he's done in the past. People don't really care about character much these days; at least Liberals don't seem to.

"WE HATE THIS WAR!" "ANYTHING BUT ANOTHER BUSH PRESIDENCY!" is RAMPANT.

How does McCain get around this with nearly everything here and around the world against him?

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

Simple.

One thing most Democrats and Republicans agree on is that they don't want Barack Obama to be President.

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

Barack Obama will soon join this exclusive list:

Dennis Kucinich
Mike Gravel
John Edwards
Ron Paul

You know, the list of anti-war candidates that don't have a prayer of winning the White House.

Z said...

I SURE DO hope you're right, Beamish.

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

Z,

My political predictions are usually more accurate than my football predictions.

If the pro-Hillary / anti-Obama "I'll vote for McCain if Obama gets the nomination"-style Democrats (around 60% of Hillary's primary supporters, according to polls) team up with the 10% of Democrats alienated even if Hillary makes the ticket, that means that roughly 38.74% of Democrats that bothered voting in the primaries are still looking for someone to vote for that isn't named Obama.

Anonymous said...

But Obama leads McCain by six points in the latest national poll by Gallup

Z said...

ANONYMOUS, that is GREAT news!

Obama's got 90% of the liberal biased media, he's got kids who've been indoctrinated for socialism, he's got most Democrats, and there's only a six point lead?

It's stunning to think that, with all the bias against Republicans, mcCain isn't down 20 points.

Keep coming back with updates...thanks!

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

I follow Rasmussen Reports, the political pollsters with one of the most accurate track records over the last decade or so.

They've only got Obama up over McCain by 5 to 7 percentage points, and that's due to a bounce in Obama's numbers after "presumptively" securing the Donkey nomination. McCain got a bounce out of his "presumptive" nomination.

This election will be decided by moderates - a natural win for McCain if he takes the fight to Obama on right vs. left grounds.

Z said...

Rasmussen, the owner of the poll company, always seems fairer and smarter than other pollsters in discussions. I like and respect his polls, too...thanks for the info that they're also usually more right than the others.

I think that small difference in points is HUGE considering so much is against McCain: Media, network news, CNN, MSNBC, 95% of American teachers/professors, celebs, etc...

HUGE.......He stands a good chance, as you've said many times....whew
