Should anybody pay attention to this? Obama....Farrakhan?

OBAMA AND FARRAKHAN........read THIS.
Please..do not click on the links below, they're just the same article I've linked above under "THIS"....

Here's the first paragraph:
"JERUSALEM – Sen. Barack Obama employed and continues to employ senior staffers who belong to the Nation of Islam, and the presidential candidate has some "worrying" ties to the controversial group headed by Louis Farrakhan, a former key Obama insider told WND."

Oh, I KNOW that this is all just "conservative scare mongering," but............will ANYTHING EVER stick to him? Are we RACIST for bringing it up? Or are we just good Americans?

And of course the latest media hype is on Obama's new website which tries to debunk these "malicious rumors."

While I'd prefer McCain over Obama, I just cannot find myself voting for either one.

Well, Steve, then you'll be voting for Obama. But, you're smart, I know you've thought this over and you don't need a sermon.
Some very smart Conservatives are not voting. I will never understand it. I hope to discuss it with you some time.

Kevin....you ain't kiddin'

I wonder just how many of his "staffers" are CPUSA.

Z said...

FJ..I'd like to know that, too.
That information will come out just after they publish a list of American members of the CPUSA...never.

This whole Black Church thing that Obama was gobbling up these past twenty years, was a glossed over packaged version of the whole Nation of Islam idealogy.

Wake up people.

We have a Harkonnen amongst us?? Hmmmm.

I am voting McCain, and as usual, there is not nor ever will be a perfect candidate, but for goodness sakes, I want someone who at least loves America enough to want to keep it America.
Not someone who chants change, change.

I know McCain must love this country, because if not , then his years in Viet Nam were sure for naught.

That old man has got more starch in his pinky than Obama has in his whole empty suit.

And Z,
just because some conservatives are smart, it doesn't make them right nor does it mean they have common sense.

Politics is not about purity of thought , one thing it is ..is winning.

It is like this, the bad guys win, we will all suffer.

Simple.

I listen to what bloggers say.

Don't fall for the old "if you dont vote for mccain you are giving obama the election" routine. You know where that comes from, I hope?

That's a myth. If you vote for a third party candidate, you're actually doing a big favor to your country; you'd also be strenghening the third party. You are not helping Obama in any way. America needs a break from both Liberal and Republican parties.

Join the real conservatives. We do not want globalization. We do not want open borders. We do not want illegals in our country anymore. We do not want NAFTA, and we certainly do not want big government.

If I wanted to help try to reform the Republican Party, I would vote for Obama.

Think about it. This translates to me saying "I no longer have faith in the Republican Party" - to hell with the Republicans.

But to hell with the Democrats as well.

With that, I am fully open for discussion on this: bassizzzt@yahoo.com

well, thanks, but I"m hoping for discussion HERE!

Maybe I'll do a post about voting or not voting for the Republican. I think I will, and I will SO welcome all your comments.
I'm eager to hear more.

In a nutshell here, I'd say that in order for a 3rd party candidate to even get any steam, we'd have to start NOW for 2012. NOW. With a candidate and VP,maybe. All picked out, platform ready.....all set for FOUR YEARS of getting in the media, etc. And keeping his/her nose clean..no scandals, please!

And I just don't GET how you think not voting McCain isn't voting FOR Obama, in esssence. To beat OBAMA we need MORE VOTES!

We have four years of LESS damage than we'd have with Obama, that's the best we can hope for! And, we have someone who'll stay and finish Iraq. And MAYBE strict constructionists in theSCOTUS.

I'm only now (naive me!) understanding who the old SCOTUS cronie judges hadn't retired! THEY were waiting for an Obama lefty to appoint MORE lefties to ruin America as badly as the habeus corpus awful ruling has!

UGH. Steve...I think I'll do a post on voting. Thanks for the suggestion!

You bet your bippie we should pay attention to that!

THIS IN from the JERUSALEM POST:
"Barack Obama's half brother Malik said Thursday that if elected his brother will be a good president for the Jewish people, despite his Muslim background."
Here's the full piece...http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid=1212659716936&pagename=JPost%2FJPArticle%2FShowFull

dd2 Debonair Dude posted this today, too. I'm just thinking it's not QUITE the big shock it SHOULD be. If McCain's sister said this about him, he'd be dead tomorrow. But, the lefties/media will say "well, of course he has 'muslim background', everybody knows his family has muslims in it in Kenya, but he's TOLD YOU he's a CHRISTIAN...."

There's already a statement by the muslim school Barack attended saying they have all religions there ,including Christians. The Obama camp is WELL on this stuff.

BUT, it appears Israel is, too. Let's HOPE, since they have almost as much interest in defeating Obama here, that their excellent (and probably less biased) media finds MUCH MORE and MUCH MORE DIRECT and indisputable stuff on the empty teflon suit.

Am I underplaying this? Do you think this REALLY has legs that could hurt him enough?? (Please?!)

If you vote for a third party candidate, you're actually doing a big favor to your country.

Isn't this exactly how Woodrow Wilson and William Jefferson Clinton became president? The thought doesn't motivate me toward a third party candidate, and I fail to see how either of those gentlemen were "good" for America.

"Are we RACIST for bringing it up?"

Off course, that's what the liberals will say, but keep bringing it up, eventually they'll have to face it.
