All day, I've caught buzz words like what you said here on the radio... it's SUCH a snow job...it's all misleading words...like the left says abortion is "a woman's right to her body" and illegals are "undocumented workers" and that kind of thing.
Conservatives have to get on the WORD wagon and start giving it back to the left...I hear Karl Rove's on it; a friend heard him speak last week and he's finally seeing it's not our message but the way we SAY things that matters. He says the left had studied word power during the campaign and played on that heavily..very interesting.
We are supposed to be sickened in the heart by evil.
My head exploded several times today. I am overwhelmed.
Here's something we have to do. Arlen Specter is running for re-election next year. No matter where we live, we have to contribute to his opponent in the Primary in Pennsylvania.
We cannot take this kind of betrayal sitting down. Arlen Specter must be voted out of office, and we can help that happen.
We'll have to wait longer for Snowe and Collins, but we'll remember when the time comes.

As a PA resident let me just say that Arlen is the one of the biggest problems in our state government and that its laughable that he went as far as to get involved with the New England Patriots "spygate" scandal but couldn't be bothered to follow the Constitution. My brother is the Chief of Staff for Senator Eichelberger and I can tell you for a fact that Spectre has ruined this state.
And you all have potty mouths.
Hence the acronymn BOHICA. This is what "being serviced by a bureaucracy" means. Now is the time to invest heavily in K-Y products.
I've never liked Specter. I too hope for his defeat, as well as Snowe & Collins.
I am watching Hannity and Fr. Morris is a guest and the point he makes is that there must be trust in politicians, because we don't know a lot of the jazz that goes on behind the scenes.
When the bill is larded with all this orgasmic spending (keeping up with the theme) you can't trust when politicians like Spector, who doesn't really know what he's voting for and said as much.
We are now operating the govt on the prinicple of doing something, even if it's the wrong thing because the American people sent us here to get something done. Holy smokes, folks, that's scary.

Defeating the Specter sounds like a plan.
He has a very bad reputation any way.
Of course, Pa. had Santorum and he is gone . I thought he was pretty conservative.

I think the point of all this is, people, that let us focus on conservatism in fiscal matters and not just in people's life styles/
