The previous post was my attempt to stop a nasty internet rumor. It had me upset for a while until I decided to check it out on my own.

Z,
I, along with some other teachers put up a poster in our rooms. It said, "In God We Trust." (National Motto) and "With God All Things are Possible." (Ohio motto) We'll see how long it lasts. Enjoy your Sunday, God's Day.

Law and Order...let us know how that goes.
How wonderful...!

The link isn't clickable... Sorry if you cut and paste in the address line it takes you to a debunking of the online rumor that "In God We Trust" was removed from the new dollar coin.

I'ts actually imprinted on the side of the new coin.

My speakers are not working real well but I think I got the idea. Reminds me of a sign I saw in an airport diner somewhere years ago. "Pilots Creed. In God we trust. Everything else we check."

God Bless America, God Save The Republic.

Great song. I went to school with Marty, D Rio's lead singer, and he was a Godly young man even back then.

I'm amazed that 'In God We Trust' has survived as our National Motto given today's climate of open hostility against people of faith. As Christians, we have to keep our voices out there in front of people despite that opposition...you are one of those brave voices. Keep it up.
