Jewish children massacred.... you think it will ever stop?   THIS is an article from Jewish World Review which I believe everyone should read.  You may know the story of the Israeli family slaughtered in their home this last weekend (I had not heard about it), but see the details of the ramifications and the way their government and the media (especially in Europe) has used this story.    Please read the whole thing if you have time, especially the last few paragraphs.

Yes, I'll admit it IS JEWISH World Review, and no, they are not unbiased, but the FACTS speak for themselves.

How does one find the words to describe such a horror? How do we begin to comprehend such hatred? And how can we imagine that a celebration of this depraved act took place?

Well it did. There was a short clip on Fox, of sweets being passed around during that celebration in Gaza.

Z, you ask do we think it will ever stop? I don't know. Can hatred be stopped when it's taught from the beginning of a child's life, to hate?

Europe, you would think, would remember what that hatred had wrought not that long ago. The Holocaust I guess, wasn't enough to quell it, so what is enough.

I certainly don't have an answer. I wish I did. I wish anyone could answer your question. How can anyone have an answer for an act so incomprehensible as this?

". . . You declare, my friend, that you do not hate the Jews, you are merely 'anti-Zionist.' And I say, let the truth ring forth from the high mountain tops, let it echo through the valleys of God's green earth: When people criticize Zionism, they mean Jews--this is God's own truth.

"Antisemitism, the hatred of the Jewish people, has been and remains a blot on the soul of mankind. In this we are in full agreement. So know also this: anti-Zionist is inherently antisemitic, and ever will be so.

"Why is this? You know that Zionism is nothing less than the dream and ideal of the Jewish people returning to live in their own land. The Jewish people, the Scriptures tell us, once enjoyed a flourishing Commonwealth in the Holy Land. From this they were expelled by the Roman tyrant, the same Romans who cruelly murdered Our Lord. Driven from their homeland, their nation in ashes, forced to wander the globe, the Jewish people time and again suffered the lash of whichever tyrant happened to rule over them.

"The Negro people, my friend, know what it is to suffer the torment of tyranny under rulers not of our choosing. Our brothers in Africa have begged, pleaded, requested--DEMANDED the recognition and realization of our inborn right to live in peace under our own sovereignty in our own country.

"How easy it should be, for anyone who holds dear this inalienable right of all mankind, to understand and support the right of the Jewish People to live in their ancient Land of Israel. All men of good will exult in the fulfilment of God's promise, that his People should return in joy to rebuild their plundered land.

This is Zionism, nothing more, nothing less.

"And what is anti-Zionist? It is the denial to the Jewish people of a fundamental right that we justly claim for the people of Africa and freely accord all other nations of the Globe. It is discrimination against Jews, my friend, because they are Jews. In short, it is antisemitism.

"The antisemite rejoices at any opportunity to vent his malice. The times have made it unpopular, in the West, to proclaim openly a hatred of the Jews. This being the case, the antisemite must constantly seek new forms and forums for his poison. How he must revel in the new masquerade! He does not hate the Jews, he is just 'anti-Zionist'!

"My friend, I do not accuse you of deliberate antisemitism. I know you feel, as I do, a deep love of truth and justice and a revulsion for racism, prejudice, and discrimination. But I know you have been misled--as others have been--into thinking you can be 'anti-Zionist' and yet remain true to these heartfelt principles that you and I share.

Let my words echo in the depths of your soul: When people criticize Zionism, they mean Jews--make no mistake about it."

The Palestinians were celebrating in the streets and handing out candy over this.

What Islamic extremism?

Z said...

Pris and Chuck...FOX had the guts to show the Palestinians rejoicing over the death of Jewish babies?
I watch a lot of CNN and didn't see any.....Piers Morgan is in Israel, i saw a little of that, he might have mentioned's a sadly biased bunch of guests he's having on and it continues tonight.

beamish....very, very interesting.
How could MKL be wrong on this? It takes quite some faith to believe the Jews are there illegally, even in the settlements.

Time to bomb some "suspected militants" in Gaza. It's civilized when you do it from a distance.

A pox on both their houses.

There is no level too low for the barbarity of fundamentalists. Should the fact that Moslems make war on women, children, and old people surprise anyone? They hide behind them too, knowing that civilized persons will not wantonly fire into a group of unarmed women holding babies. Whatever they are, they are not men.

I am far from a Hebrew-phile, but honesty demands admiration for Israeli intelligence and their willingness to act. Recall that the Israeli navy intercepted the cargo ship Victoria some 200 miles from the coast of Israel. The German owned ship flies under a Liberian flag and is crewed by French nationals. The captain granted permission for the Israeli commandos to board the ship.

The Israelis discovered a cache of sophisticated weapons that had been loaded in the Syrian port of Latakia, the ship’s manifest indicating stores of cotton and lentils. Meanwhile, in the not-too-distant past, two Iranian ships entered the Mediterranean via the Suez Canal and docked in Latakia, Syria … The manuals for using these weapons are written in Farsi.

What a surprise, eh?

Z said...

Mustang, that's amazing information.
I remember when people said 'What's the big deal?' about that ship coming through. As if it would come through for no reason?
It's as if our thoughts have come to fruition......awful.

Ducky, by all means, let's not hit Gaza back because who knows who did it? Innocent people might be killed, right? The Fogels were innocents, too, but they're Jewish innocents, so that'.....what...Okay?
Maybe those in Gaza might think twice about allowing their madmen islamists to kill if they were blasted hard, but of course, the leftwing media wouldn't like it, so ... restraint's used and more Jewish infants will be stabbed to death.

Ducky's here said...

This happens, z. Nothing is going to remove evil from the world.

A U.S. drone killed over 50 civilians in Pakistan today and we sit on our hands. Oh, our bad, sorry. Freaking wogs should get out of the way, right?

You can smell the hypocrisy.

Z said...

Ducky "Hypocrisy?" None of this should happen...
Where did you hear about the drone killing Pakistanis and were they innocents or suspected terrorists (if it's okay I use that word with you?)

Real different situation, by the way....a Jewish family's killed in their sleep, stabbed....
that was no mistake

Z said...

Ducky, tell me, do you see any difference between madmen stabbing infants to death and a drone accidentally (if it wasn't a terrorist stronghold) killing Pakistanis...or anyone?

Ducky's here said...

If you haven't seen the story then you should upgrade your news sources, z.

They were Muslims, of course they were terrorists.

Kerouac felt the universe could dispose of its own evil. I rather like Dr. Sax but he was wrong.

A group of women peacefully protest for the legitimate winner in the Ivory Coast elections and get gunned down (including pregnant women) and what happens? There may have been a statement from the State Dept. not to do this too often and then back to launching drones.

But we can't be concerned about everyone, can we?

Sam Huntington said...

“At least 40 people have died in a US drone strike in the Pakistani region of North Waziristan, local officials say. Most of the victims were believed to be civilians attending a tribal meeting near the regional capital, Miranshah. Earlier reports had said militants were among the dead. The area is an al-Qaeda and Taliban stronghold and US drones regularly target the region.” —BBC

So then, to recap ... “local officials say” most victims were “believed to be civilians.”

Analysis: all Taliban are civilians; all Al-Qaeda are civilians. We may even say that 99.9% of all terrorists are civilians. And if local officials are Taliban or Al Qaeda, what should we expect them to say?

Then we have the anti-American Propaganda dot com report that the drone attack killed a Taliban Chief’s wife.

It never said which wife.

Is the Taliban Chief’s wife an “innocent by-stander,” or could we reasonably presume that she knew as much about Taliban operations as her Taliban husband? Finally, did the drone kill her, or did it merely cause an early detonation of her suicide vest?

Ducky stop trying to change the focus of this horrible crime.

If you can't find a modicum of outrage and heartache for a family, children, murdered with a bloodlust fed by hate, and hate alone, then you are truly, pitifully, bereft of any feeling.

These were innocent victims who were targeted simply because they were Jews. Not terrorists, not soldiers, not a threat to anyone.

They were a Jewish family living their lives as any of us do.

Now you come on here with your concept of moral equivalency, to dispel the horror of this senseless butchery. You express no grief, no compassion nor heartsickness over children having their throats cut, and their small bodies covered with blood.

For you, it's just another excuse to blame someone, anyone, but those who hate with every fiber of their being. Who celebrate their bloodlust, and glory in it.

There is no moral equivalency for this horror, and I will not be drawn into your effort to minimize it. God help you.

Ducky, since I seem to be YOUR news source, this is pretty funny;

"If you haven't seen the story then you should upgrade your news sources, z."

But, no....haven't heard it anywhere or read it anywhere..maybe it was on a leftie blog since they love to slam America so hard? "The TERRIBLE AMERICA GOOFS at eleven, pictures AAAALLL DAAAY LOOONG" :-)

And yes, we can be 'concerned' but we can't be active for
But, of course, since lefties do believe that SH** shouldn't happen, they'll make laws and laws and laws....what they have to learn is you can't change human nature; THAT is why we worry about the lack of God in most leftwingers' lives...human nature is better WITH HIM.

Sam,'re absolutely right. Even Obama's thugs would call the Taliban "citizens" instead of "terrorists"...good catch.

Pris, "CHANGE THE FOCUS?? DUKKKY!" naaa :-)

It is strange, isn't it Z, that the media is rather picky in what they want the general public to know when it comes to certain things?

Ducky said...
If you haven't seen the story then you should upgrade your news sources, z.

When I read his words, I was reminded of something that took place way back in September of 2010, when Governor Jay Nixon, of Missouri, was scheduled to speak at a Community College in Kansas City..and was almost assassinated by some far-left-conservative hating-Che Guevara quoting, extremist.

It failed because he mistook the dean of the college for Nixon, and slashed the dean's throat, and was stopped before he could kill the Governor.

My point being, is that I only learned of it AFTER the assassination attempt on Congresswoman Giffords' life.

Why is that, do you suppose, Ducky? Did YOU read anything about that? I doubt that you did, because it would reflect badly on the LEFT...and as we ALL know, only THEY have compassion and love for the whole wide world. Therefore, when a poor, deranged, misunderstood, ill-treated victim of whatever cause, commits such a heinous act of slitting someone's throat, thinking that it was a Governor..well, it just mustn't be publicized, lest it cause the wrong impression--therefore, hardly anyone outside of Kansas even knew that it happened.

Did YOU, Ducky? If not, perhaps YOU should be the one to upgrade YOUR news sources...Z does a GREAT job keeping hers updated.

Z said...

thanks, Jan...and what a horrible story! It is getting silly, isn't it...according to the networks "the left does nothing wrong and the right does nothing right" and

Democrats: correct
Republicans: not incorrect, just cruel

I feel for our kids who hear this and buy it...especially after the #(&*$*(&# they hear from 90% of American teachers who are avowedly on the left. WHat a terrible thing for this country...

Chuck said...

Duck, where do these peace-loving Muslims you seem to revere so much hide? In the middle of civilians. They are using civilians as shields and you know it.

What do we do then?

Just let them go?

Or we could build schools to help educate them. Then they will have alternatives to the terrorism lifestyle. Oh, wait, only the boys can go to school in Islamistan.

Maybe provide jobs so they won't hate so much? I mean, hell, the Obama administration can't do anything to develop jobs here but Hillary Clinton is off to Tunisia to help them develop jobs.

I know you are going to attack this but all of the above idiotic ideas are ones floated by the left as an alternative to the war on terror.

Of course it is Ms.'re not a savage, barbarian with a 7th Century mind or grudge. You're not a muslim POS that thinks 75% of mankind is unworthy to live unless it's under their "pleasure".

You're not a simple minded illiterate animal that bows down before another illiterate simple minded hateful barbarian called an Imam.

You value life, liberty and freedom. You're not one who is unable to wipe yourself clean unless some turbaned murdering savage tells you when to.

You live in a society that generally defends freedom of thought, religion, worship ( unless you belong to a union ) and the value of Christian / Judeo contributions to mankind.

In other words Ms.'re a civilized human being. Which the "queeran" opposes and mandates that you be an animal.

Pris, there is violence everywhere in the world. Most of it we don't even look at because we don't give two warm farts in hell about the victims.. Yes it is a terrible act, happening all over and it isn't going to stop any time soon. So don't give me the tone.

This brief thread has supplied myriad nuances to the well-worn term "UNSPEAKABLE!"

Anonymous said...

I see an important point in what Ducky may be trying to say:

Until we finally realize that the victimization and violent death of any and all people is equally outrageous and equally significant, and that the murderous treatment of Jews is no worse and has no greater importance than that of any other victimized group or individual, we will be guilty of a peculiarly pernicious form of discrimination -- the assertion that, as Orwell put it, "some animals are more equal than others."

The assumption of exceptionalism and exclusivism on the part of any group creates a magnet for hostility.

"Love hopeth all things, beareth all things, believeth all things. Love suffereth long and is kind. Love seeketh not her own ..."

Love does not discriminate either.

"If a piece of the continent is washed away, Europe is the less.... Ask not for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee."
