Here's what I would like Sarah Palin to say.........

"I'm through playing GOTCHA! The American people and America herself deserve more than that. I know I don't know every single detail that Joe Biden knows; I've been raising five children and holding down the offices of Mayor and Governor of the great state of Alaska and I've been involved with oil deals, the national guard, negotiating with Canada on the pipeline, dealing with things that are, mostly, peculiar to my State. I know Senator Biden's been a Senator for about thirty-five years and I respect that. But I'm smart, I'm dedicated, I'm a quick study, and John McCain and I will select excellent advisors whom we and the American people can trust. Here are a few things I feel strongly about which I feel Senator Biden does not:

I still look at America as a fantastic place whose founding fathers were counting on American people to put LIBERTY in front of EQUALITY. None of us will ever be exactly equal to our neighbor. I want change but I do NOT want an entirely changed country. There can be no Utopia, there is no society which has benefited from the redistribution of wealth, class warfare, it just hasn't worked and it won't work here. That's something I've learned, that anybody can learn, from just looking at history, and you don't have to look to far back in history to see countries where this hasn't worked. As a matter of fact, the most loyal, America-loving, conservative immigrants in America are Eastern Europeans who've fled Socialism!

To me, associations are important. Whom you admire and spend time with tells me something about a person's character. Obviously, Americans have not been told enough about Alinsky or Ayers and how they have been closely associated with Barack Obama. And, I was wondering, if someone can sit twenty years in a church and not know his good friend and pastor holds such inflammatory opinions toward Whites and this country in general, how can we trust him? Wasn't he listening? Didn't he see a trend, a thread in this man's thinking that was toxic and dangerous to the fabric of America? If we went to a church whose pastor only just, so suddenly, damned America and called Whites greedy, and we missed that particular sermon, wouldn't one of our church friends called, stunned, and said "You won't believe what Pastor said TODAY...it's unbelievable! He's flipped his lid!" Ayers, ACORN, Alinsky, Wright, Farrakhan. Are there no more journalists who've come out of our universities with the intellectual curiosity to get to the bottom of these associations and report on them? And, by the way, I don't believe voting for someone whom Louis Farrakhan supports can possibly be good for this great country, do you? Doesn't that give you pause? Does it make you curious that we rarely ever hear from Jesse Jackson, Sharpton, Rangel, regarding a Black presidential candidate? Why not? Curious?

Senator Obama called his family off limits and we've not heard a word since from the press, and yet my family is a bullseye for every nasty, vicious dart the media can throw at it. All Senator Obama would have had to have done was called the dogs off. Surely he can stop the journalists who suddenly had such intellectual curiosity as to dig up dirty lies and publish them? It's not fair, folks. I don't think America deserves this kind of nasty, backhanded politics. My family sure doesn't. Yet, if I so much as criticize Obama's healthcare plan, I'm shown as having "attacked" him!

Senator McCain is not George Bush. Love Bush or hate Bush, Senator McCain isn't him. If anybody was really interested in this distinction, all any good journalist would have to do is remember the contest between the two of them not so many years ago. But, during every debate, and in the news so much these days, McCain is painted as being "more Bush." I know it's very effective for those who hate Bush, who blame (again, because of the lack of intellectual curiosity and the dishonesty in our media) Bush for this economic crisis, the war, and so much more. My gosh, he's even blamed for having said he likes to read the Bible. I say that if being pro America, if not wanting to be easy on enemies who've called for our destruction, on countries who'll let us do the heavy lifting and then slam us, if trying to fix social security and healthcare program with pretty good plans which the senate threw out because it wasn't invented by them, if honoring the faith which built this country and whose tenets have kept it as vibrant and good as it is is suddenly overly zealous, if so many things about Bush which show he puts us first are 'too Bush', then I'm 'too Bush', too. And I'm okay with that. But, John McCain and I are different in lots of ways and it's not difficult to see what those are.

Funny, Senator Obama makes missteps like saying we have 57 States in America, when it's really only islam which has 57 states, but that's fine with our media. But, let me attend church regularly, to a church whose foundations are truly biblical, and I'm painted as a zealot. Has anybody had the curiosity to find out I have never, ever put my faith on anybody else? I'm a politician who's trying to get this country in better shape, I'm not Elmer Gantry. Why isn't it over zealous to attend a church like Wright's on a regular basis for twenty years?

Anyway.....all this to say I'm hoping that Americans open their eyes and realize that I might not be perfect, but nobody's perfect, even Senator Obama. Where is the truth about how he was so instrumental in the Fanny and Freddy scandals; the truth about his telling AIPAC one thing one night and changing his tune to Israel's peril the very next day? Everyone deserves scrupilous vetting, America does not deserve a media which only critizes one side of this country's politics. Don't you all know that? Isn't America about a media which tells the news instead of editorializing every single story with left leaning sentiment? What's going on?

Do McCain and I have a chance? We hope so. We want change for this country which will be for every American; for the middle class, the upper class, the poor, the needy; we want to give the proverbial fishing pole to all Americans, not the fish. We believe if an American makes good, he gets to keep his rewards and that he'll want to help others, as an overproportionate amount of Conservatives do, but your media misrepresents that, too.

Come ON, America! Gather your friends together, get them reading Conservative blogs, they'll get the truth there. I'm not talking the extreme rightwing Conservative stuff, but let's face it, the Left's extreme left wing is calling the shots in the Socialist Democrat party now and we have to instruct Americans to that fact and get people moving!! Get them to vote, get them to see how Obama and Biden are registering the homeless, the young and uninformed, .... the left might say that's healthy for America, but we prefer informed voters, voters who have stake in this country beyond what it can do for them. They'll have buses picking up the homeless and minorities, please offer to drive a friend to the polls, help your elderly neighbor get an absentee ballot and explain your viewpoint and talk about theirs, but don't vote for them like what's happening in Los Angeles, California with their elderly!

VOTE FOR US! We love this country, we'll work HARD and we're eager to get to Washington and show you! We want America safe, we want America prosperous, we want your children educated and not indoctrinated, we want to celebrate the Judeo-Christian ethic in this country and we want a Supreme Court to reflect our constitution! VOTE! God Bless you, and God bless America."

Z: I'm not Sarah Palin, but I approve this message. And I wish she'd give this speech. What would you add?

Super Duper Blog! You nailed it!!

Senator McCain must go on the attack. The vulnerability of Obama’s background and his Marxist approach to government provide ample grounds for questioning his fitness to hold the office of the presidency. But his naivete in the field of foreign affairs is frightening. He shows no awareness that the safety of the people of the United States is at stake.

I'd love to hear her give that speech, Z. Thanks. I also agree with those who think McCain should have been saying these things all along.

I'd like her to speak about how the hadron collider experiments have ripped a hole in the space-time continuum to make Joe Biden actually believe he lives on a planet where the United States and France kicked Hezbollah out of Lebanon, and other disturbing effects like causing people to think Joe Biden is a "foreign policy expert."

Z,

Yep, like DD2 said, you nailed it.

However I would not put these words in Palin's mouth, "It's not fair, folks."

I doubt she would say that.

That would make her sound like a complaining liberal weenie... not the wild west frontier, pistol packing woman that she really is.

Thanks, everybody.......I hope she pulls something like this out in the next two weeks or so.

Jack, I think FAIR sounds wimpy, too; on the other hand, it's time people really swallow HOW UNFAIR our media is. What's a better word? I see your point!!

Z, it's happening tonight. Palin and "outside groups" are going after Obama's associations.

What would I add? Maybe something about free markets, Constitutional freedom, and the true purpose of government. But truthfully Z, that's nitpicking on my part because I LOVED what you wrote!!!!!!!! It was Stream Of Consciousness writing at it's best! Post this one around the blogosphere, it needs to be read.

If she were to say that they would accuse her of whining. She can't win with the press so she needs to talk past them and go directly to the people.

I don't know that I'd add anything, but I sure would like to hear her say those things.

Well done!

Excellent Madame. It looks great here. Seriously, how can this be delivered to their campaign? Duh!/! Z, send it to them! Do it, plus vit!! Johnnymac

Well Said.

But alas, if Osama Obama wins, you'll be one of the first the nacht und nebel boys come for in the dead of night.

Z, you gotta e-mail that post to johnmcCain.com and any other address you can find. Send it to your states McCain Headquarters. She really should use at least most of it. You might want to add a little blurb about the birth certificate and dual citizenship law suit. It's not over, but most Americans never even heard anything about it. I wonder if that might be the "October surprise"?

Z said...

Morgan..I'm kinda sorry you recognized it for 'stream of consciousness writing'..I'm a little ashamed. Mr. Z took me to dinner tonight and i said "You know, if I spent a day or two more on that, it might have been really good" He said it was okay as is.

But, you're right.....it was. It's all emotion.

Thanks, everyone, for suggesting I send it to the McCain people........maybe I will.

HERMIT! woher kennen Sie 'nacht und nebel'? Sprechen Sie Deutsch? Sehr gut!!

Shoprat, I hoped this did speak to the people...you think it sounds like it's to the press? Maybe so.

What to say? I think Palin did just fine. Could she have been more of a pit bull? Yeah, I think so.

What is McCain waiting for? There was so much Palin could've attacked. Again, what is our side waiting for?

I'm very frustrated.

hey girl!..nice to see someone taking a sober look and standing up for their country!!

I think you covered it, my friend. Like you and many others who comment here ... I think McCain has waited too long to turn up the heat on the Obama slugs. On the other hand, maybe McCain is aware that most Americans have a limited "random access memory" and he wants them to remember what he says from now on.

It does appear that McCain/Palin are addressing the issues we've discussed for so long. I also not that state officials are "catching" people who are attempting to cast fraudulent votes.

Now ... what is Palin's plan for socialist ducks?

Z said...

Morgan...you're the best! And I appreciate the wonderful compliment; I was just feeling a tad like "Boy, this came out in one fell swoop, maybe I could think about it longer and do something way better, like capture her type of speech better", that's all.

THANKS SO MUCH!!

So when do we get to vote for Z for president? How about a Palin/Z ticket in 2012!

Z,

You did very well and heartfelt ... but instead of "Its not fair" Sarah might say, "You lying, liberal dirtbag media -- get your act together. Go pick on somebody you can intimidate!"

Naaaa. she is too nice to say that. Hmmmm, maybe not.

Great post and worthy of publication on the McCain web site!

Whereas your speech is heartfelt, thoughtful, genuine, truthful, factual and well written, I don't believe it is wholly practical. She simply can't tell the truth about the media as those who follow politics already know the media are a fraud and those that don't know this will see her as a whiner. Also, the media will take revenge by being even more corrupt (if that is still possible). On the other hand, having her ask the questions as she does in this speech is absolutely legitimate. I think this might be the way for her and McCain to pursue things. "Who is William Ayers?" Then answer it. "Who is Franklin Raines?" And then answer it. "Why is the Ohio Democratic party registering "homeless" people at addresses that they obviously don't have. Then say why. Etc., etc.
Nonetheless, this exact speech. just as it is, would be better than the "McCain doctrine" which holds that criticizing the democrats is mudslinging.
McCain better get with the program. Rush mentioned that McCain is considering Al Gore for some kind of environmental post. If this be true, McCain is a complete idiot. Sadly, we have a McCain instead of a conservative like Romney or even Duncan Hunter. That's the real problem. We have a "hand across the aisle" appeasement politician like McCain who wants to "compromise" with wrong ideas and wrong directions instead of defeating and discrediting those wrong ideas and directions as Reagan did.

Pops! You're NUTS, but I like that you're nuts!

Indiana Mike.....(H or M? I know TWO Indiana Mikes now!)
And yes, I did hear Gore's being considered...Typical Republicans: BE NICE. It really gets you somewhere, doesn't it? (NEVER)

As for you, Jack!! I'm SHOCKED!

And, ya....everybody's urged me to send this in, but have YOU tried to find any email that you can send something to before sending your mortgage payment in with it? Repulsive..every site I've tried first has the MONEY PAGE. AND I can't find a place to send!!!? oh, well...it was just fun writing it and became FAR longer than originally intended!!

While Sarah’s at it, she might ask McCain to stop by Tom’s Place and then explain (if he can) why the financial markets needed all this stuff.

Really great post, Z. I did a Sarah post today, too. She makes me smile. You betcha.

I'll look for an email addy for you. If I find a good one, I'll email it to you.

Karen't post she mentions is STUPENDOUS...PLEASE, everyone...check it out, you will not be sorry.

I'd add that unfortunately, it's now up to the American public to find out the truth for themselves, buecause the MSM will no longer do it for them.
