If you would like to participate: each evening at (9:00 PM Eastern Time(8:00 PM Central, 7:00 PM Mountain, 6:00 PM Pacific), stop whatever you are doing and spend one minute praying for the safety of the United States, our troops, our citizens, for peace in the world, the upcoming election, that the Bible will remain the basis for the Judeo-Christian laws governing our land. Remember America when going to church was the norm and not mocked. Remember when people thought twice before using lewd gestures, public profanity, encouraging perversion in our kids; remember when we respected hard work, helped our family and friends so they didn't have to go to the government and they'd not have dreamt of going, anyway...remember when we respected our elders....remember that America whose elders deserved respect. Seems to me like the downslide started happening just about the time the mocking started. Not good. Pray, people... America needs it. God Bless America.

It is a beautiful dream, but it will only happen with the return of the King. Sadly we will be struggling against evil until He returns and destroys Islam, Secularism, and Socialism.

We can try. We need to be good stewards. I'll never stop believing this country is here only by God's grace.....I'm not letting it go now, not without a fight, trust me!!

I got this in an e-mail and I take the time to pray because we all know how badly we need it. If we all just took one minute, imagine what we could accomplish through the power of prayer.

We need to PRAY WITHOUT CEASING.
Every moment you are not engaged in work that demands your entire attention, should be spent in prayer. You can do this while driving, sitting in waiting rooms, in the bathroom, at the table, on public transportation, while walking down a street or corridor. You don't need to be in church, you don't need to be alone, you don't need to speak aloud. Turn your every THOUGHT into PRAYER --- prayers of supplication and thanksgiving.
To honor God revere the truth, respect life, itself, use intelligence, quell excessive passion, act charitably at all times, practice The Golden Rule in all transactions, and "fret not thyself because of evildoers."
Above all be of good cheer no matter what. Giving way to despair and cynicism dishonors our Lord and ensures our defeat.
