NO MORE BAD HANDLING! Go, Sarah!

Folks, did you read that Sarah's tired of her handlers, feels she's getting bad handling from former Bush handlers (surprise!?), and is starting to speak out relying on her instincts? She's got the same instincts most Americans have; she's a Mom and a Patriot, she's protective of her family and her country, she's got strong faith and isn't ashamed to discuss it, she wants to protect America from the bad guys (My term, not hers, but it is Sarah-esque!), she wants to TELL THE TRUTH, folks.
I say LET HER. It's about time we got some plain talking in America. It's about TIME someone called a Marxist a Marxist, a liar a liar, a cad a cad. Go, Sarah. Take Joe the Plumber with you, he speaks good American, too!

Let Sarah be Sarah!

We all know how successful Bush's handlers were...

Of course, the media is already reporting this as "turmoil" in the McCain camp caused by Palin.

Ugh.

Right, FJ...I think Bush had the worst handlers ever, including Rove..the architect for the temporary fall of the Republican party.

m.a....that's exactly why I wanted to post this; the media's having a hayday, aren't they? "OH JOY FOR JOY FOR JOY!! SARAH'S GOT A MOUTH ON HER... " (a woman with a real personality? Don't the Left have ANY?? Why are they so surprised and so resentful!?)

She getting all mavericky, doing the maverick thing.

She is so much fun to watch. When was the last time you were able to think that? The people surrounding Bush for the both of his terms have been his worst enemies. Not able to communicate anything, etc.

Let Sarah be Sarah. That's our cry!

Hope it's true she'll be herself now. It really bugged me to see that she was being micromanaged so ineffectively. Even knowing only what was seen in her first two speeches you'd have to know it couldn't have been her own idea to avoid the press like that.

Yes, get Joe the Plumber out on the campaign trail with you, Sarah. Great idea. We want to hear some straight talk from honest Americans for a change.

and get ROMNEY and GIULIANI out there with McCain and Palin.

Here are TWO CENTRISTS even Sensible Dems (?) admire and would have voted for. WHERE ARE THEY!?

If we pull this election out, it is going to be because of Palin! She isn't afraid to tell it like it is and people respect that. Most people are tired of being politically correct and always having to do or say the right thing. This is an election and the media certainly isn't doing it's job so Palin is becoming the "Maverick" we have all been waiting to see!

Go, Sarah!

With 10 days until Election Day, long-brewing tensions between GOP vice presidential candidate Gov. Sarah Palin and key aides to Sen. John McCain have become so intense, they are spilling out in public, sources say.

Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin speaks at a rally in Sioux City, Iowa, on Saturday.

Several McCain advisers have suggested to CNN that they have become increasingly frustrated with what one aide described as Palin "going rogue."

A Palin associate, however, said the candidate is simply trying to "bust free" of what she believes was a damaging and mismanaged roll-out.

She's doing exactly what we bloggers have been begging her to do for weeks now. It's about time. Advisors fall into the same category as stock analysts, basically useless.

Z, we warned about her being over handled didn't we?

There are a few days to go, let her go at it. There are millions of people out here who would love the occasional interrogator to suffer a comeuppance.

I couldn't agree with all of you more~!

our first inclinations/impressions about Sarah were right. She's coming to life, and none too soon!!

I remember where I was when I heard she'd been nominated as surely as I remember anything; my arm SHOT into the air, "YESSSS!"

Go, Sarah. She's the only one with a head on her shoulders and our country's best interests at heart.

BTW, Z, as per your request, there's a new post at my blog! Thanks for your kindness. God Bless!

Oh yes, Sarah is just dragging down the ticket..sure she is.

Every time they book her some place to speak, they end up having to relocate to a larger area to accomodate the crowds.

Some so called Aides, need to be shown the door.

I think there are the senatorial gang who like their cushie jobs, and then there are the ones who want to win this thing.

The fact is, these people who work on these campaigns and such are all the same old same old.

Their stuff and a lot of their ideas are out moded.

And Karl Rove was not that darn hot, Bush sure almost lot thanks to some of that brilliant campagin managing.

Everyone worried about the micro managing of candidate Sarah from the get go.

I say, let it all hang out now , Sarah.

You go, girl, we are rooting for you, praying for you.

You are a shining light right now .

Correction, meant to write the word-lost ..not lot.

I think Sarah has good instincts with people, and she knows what resonates with the crowds.

Really, this is great news.

This ought to really scare the left now.

FOr Sarah is saying, it is not negative to tell the truth about someone's plans and ideas to harm us.
These things need to be said, she is using that bully pulpit everyone has been screeching for Bush to use for years.

ALl this really means, is Sarah is actually in touch with the people.

Tap into that, you got yourself a winning formula.

God has blessed this woman and will use her as HE sees fit.

Sarah Palin is the one bright spot in this debacle. I heard two CNN talking heads running her down , one of them was a woman who kept shrieking about "the savagery of Sarah Palin" and the other a stuffed shirt aristo who kept whining" well, my dear, she can't even say what newspapers she reads!" As if anybody reads newspapers in print anymore, the guy obviously hadn't heard of the Internet. Or maybe it was too plebeian for him. At any rate, I thought, if those two pathetic examples of humanity hate her so, she must be even better than I thought.

I remember in my time as a police officer one of my greatest frustrations was that the department was silenced by the city attorneys in matters of citizen complaints. We know that common sense tells a couple of things in these situations. 1) The press abhors silence and will fill it with whatever information becomes available. Most often this comes from the alleged victims and their attorneys. 2) Lacking the police side to the story, the media will always, always assume that the police are a bunch of white, racist, knuckle-dragging neandrathals looking to beat someone up. In the case of Palin and the Repulicans, the press is overwhelmingly liberal and they always assume the worst about Republicans. Without any information to the contrary and sometimes with it, the press will always distort and lie about Republicans. Hiding behind silence is extremely counter productive. It has led to a very distorted press coverage for Republicans. The campaign should put Sarah out there every chance it gets and let her say what she wants. It can't go worse, can it?

I enjoyed Sarah's latest railing against earmarks when she quoted as the height of absurdity an earmark for fruit fly genetic research in France. And boy did she push the France angle.

She didn't mention that the USDA has a laboratory in France as well as several other countries but that's trivia.

Now genetic researches use flies because gestation is so short and the brood is extremely large. This research has been important in controlling pests, researching disease and for pure genetic science.

And just the other day Sarah was going on about fighting autism and like most on the right she is to ignorant to realize that the genetic research she was mocking is used to research the cause of autism.

Yes, let Sarah be Sarah. The destruction she can do to the far right is palpable. I'm surprised they don't reject her ignorance.

Farmer, when do the defenestrations start?

I say Tuesday at 8 EST.

What I especially like is that Gidget is likely to survive to destroy the Republican party for additional election cycles.

She's a left wing fave.

Z said...

Ducky, you will NEVER UNDERSTAND, will you.

NOBODY is against research for autism, or stem cell research....do you understand that very good Americans do NOT think government should be paying for it? Why's that SO hard to understand? Let's make jobs by employing people in the private sector, off the gov't payrolls you're so willing to subsidize!

My gosh..it's always the same damned thing with you...

Tom Brokaw mumbled his way through an interview with mcCain this morning....showing him how polls say Palin's not as popular right now, and do you know McCain didn't have the GUTS to remind the mumbler (you hear Brokaw say the names of American towns? I swear you can't understand a word!)...anyway, McCain never reminded Brokaw of how the media's hammering EVERY little thing Sarah's done..the implication she's stupid when she's shown anything BUT....Brokaw even gave McCain the entree to get there by suggesting those who's interviewed her have been HONEST!! (that KILLED me laughing!)

No...if Obama wasn't a socialist bent on killing America as fast as Ayers and Farrakhan and Soros can work it, I wouldn't be as big a fan of McCain. TRUST me. But, Sarah?

SHE has never changed since the 64% approval rating after the convention. Only the lies and constant hammering at her has ramped up.

You are SO afraid of her..relax! You'll have your socialist, I'm quite sure of it. Relax...you'll have Biden, tho he STILL hasn't presented his brain scans in his 'complete medical presentation'..which is, of course, like McCain leaving out his skin cancer results in all the info he's been forced to present.

But, the left is the media; you guys rock. Liars, mischaracterizers, ignoring facts...and you're winning. It takes talent! Congrats!

Z, I understand completely. Palin figured she could get a little support from the right wing knuckle draggers by mentioning something like France and "fruit fly research".

The republican base will go wild since they have no concept of genetic research and think this is just a waste of Joe the Plumber's money.

She will continue to drag the Republican party down to the level of its least common denominator (and I do mean, Least) and of course I can do nothing but applaud that.

Ducky's here said...

For the record, z although this particular research probably concerned control of the olive fly which is harming olive crops in CALIFORNIA.
So Palin would stop research that benefits your state economy.

Z said...

OH MY GOD, Ducky!
Sarah Palin didn't know that FRUIT FLY RESEARCH is involved in autism work?
HOW COULD THAT BE? DOESN'T SHE KNOW ANYTHING???

Ducky, do you know ONE OTHER PERSON who DID? Are you NUTS here???

You're joking, right?

This is getting fascinating! Look, you're going to win! Get OVER it....you're just sounding plain SILLY now!!!

Sarah's fickle. She campaigned with "Tito the Builder" today.

Truth.
