Z - I'll admit that I don't care for Macaroni and Cheese and never eat it.
But the kids like it so I fix it when they are here.
I have a Casserole Cookbook that has a recipe for mac & cheese with stuffed green olives in it. I think that sounds good, and one has sausage in it.

Luckily, I love macaroni and cheese. After congress cuts my
social security and medicare (the deficit is ALL the fault of we seniors) I hope I can still afford it...
