SPAM....oops!
Some of you have had trouble commenting at my site from time to time......Elmer's Brother, my blog pal, called just now and said all of those seemed to have gone into SPAM. So, in the future, if you comment and it doesn't get published with others who wrote about the same time you did (I'm on Moderation now and release them as I see them, when I'm here, of course), please let me know and I'll look there and publish you. It seems that this hasn't happened since January, but do let me know if you have a problem in the future. Thanks!

I don't know about you, but "moderation" completely pissed me off. I thought, initially, that I could absorb and subsume every comment proffered. I soon discovered that, of course, there is such an indifferent thing as SPAM and, further, there are such things as TROLLS and LEFTISTS who exist for no purpose but to leave four letter words in your comments section.
I always believed in the freedom of speech. But, God save me, I actually had to LIMIT it on my blog. I can't tell you how bad that makes me feel. That I couldn't even attract challenging-but-rational speech on my blog.
There's nothing challenging or rational about a comment stream of S or F words or SPAM for Viagra, etc etc etc.
I bet that hurts you as much as it does me.

BZ, I never wanted to go on moderation but I'm very happy to have done it now.
I'd had it...FINALLY.
Yes, it's a shame...remember, I've had a few leftists here since I opened geeeZ 3 1/2 years ago....but, frankly, one ruined it for everybody and I'm not going to back down.
I LOVE not having my blog used by leftwingers for their spewing.
We believe in Free Speech....absolutely! But, name calling and insults and misinformation at MY blog aren't flying anymore...
