The guy administering the health insurance at my client's office said today he was going to have to read for days and then plan some terrorist activity. He had talked about how many things in the law were not yet resolved or understood by the Fed. The exchanges have not been created, it's a complete mess.
I was so frustrated at work trying to figure out what the outcome was and the news sources having conflicting reports.

Roberts was a big surprise here. I don't perceive the details but it sure smells dirty. I agree with Kennedy, oblabbycare is 100% unconstitutional. It is a government grab of an entire private industry.
Well 70% of America was against obamacare at the start. I can't believe that number has gotten smaller.
I like this from the aspect that it will motivate people to the ballot box who might not have gone and that this thing needs total repeal, not just a fluffing.
I hate it from the precedent that was set which is government can force people to buy anything as long as they call it a tax.
Here's my idea. Let's force Everyone to buy a gun, for their own protection don't ya know. And if they don't they must to pay extra (a fine) because that will otherwise require more police on the street to take up the slack. Makes perfect Supreme Court Sense.

The TSA thing by Ducky is another one of his brain farts to make people guess what he is talking about. Otherwise, he still only occasionally offers coherent, though inaccurate statements.
As far as the Obamacare thing goes, it is what it is. It is a body blow to the economy and well being of the nation, and the only way we can recover is to kill the whole thing.
The situation is not good. Do some research and choose a competitive Senate race and support the Republican candidate. If we can take the Senate, then we can dispose of the whole steaming pile of crap that is Obamacare.
The fact is that Romney has a good chance of winning, and Obama is going to keep digging his hole. He is not that smart.

- TSA has not thwarted a Single Terrorism Attempt. albeit because none have been attempted. If they were and they did, they'd be crowing like 4 yr olds.
- The TSA Routinely and Still, fails to intercept people sent through to test the system. The testers routinely get guns, knives, hand grenades and an assorted variety of what could easily be chemical weapons or explosives through their kindergarten 'gauntlet'.
The only thing they have managed to do is keep the unemployment rate down and make traveling for law abiding Americans a pain in the ass. TSA is a jobs program.
I blame GW Bush for this one. DHS and TSA, the most useless government agencies ever and the most annoying.

Rep. Culberson, said today that if the Senate is 51 repubs after Feb., then the tax will be rescind by reconciliation- the same as was passed.

This 'TAX' the GOP is lying about with their feigned outrage is a mandate which requires people who are killing our economy with emergency room visits, which we all have to pay for.
Funny how wingnuts hate those who are scamming the system with food stamps or welfare but have no problem paying for someone's hospital bills because they didn't exercise personal responsibility and get insurances.
And if someone doesn't get this special cheap health insurance they will be fined after several years of warnings to the tune of $700 lousy dollars. Big Deal.

Let us understand some of what ObamaCare requires, unless, of course, one chooses to pay the tax instead of ponying up for health insurance....
Those "cheap" health insurance policies" mandated by ObamaCare presently run at least $250/month and have the following requirements here in the state of Virginia (I did the research in 2010 when I was looking for an affordable plan for Mr. AOW):
1. One has to be without ANY health insurance for at least a full 6 months before applying. One cannot just drop the policy that one already has and sign on!
2. These policies have a minimum of $2500 deductible right off the top, with a sliding scale thereafter -- usually 70-30 or 80-20. Sometimes there is an out-of-pocket maximum, and sometimes there is not.
3. Therse policies have no prescription coverage.
