Chuck Schumer...........can the media ignore these?
But, TODAY, Charles Schumer says this:
Pretty amazing, huh? And I got this from HOTAIR
Just had to make sure you saw it...........WHERE is the media? Imagine if a Republican had been this hypocritical? Make sure you catch the certainty with which Maddow and Schumer snidely joke about catching the Bush people. This is something everyone should see. But the media will protect it. (thanks Hot Air...great work...and thanks, Deaner, for bringing it to my attention)

Z, the truth has a way of hitting a slime like this man right between the eyes.
Sooner or later, a liar and hypocrite can't hide behind his position, and the smoke and mirrors he has created for himself. The smoke eventually clears.
My God, the depths to which some people will sink is truly disgusting.
Pris
My first reaction was "whoa, why did that dude's parents name him Rachel?"
My second reaction was "Chuck Schumer... damn the brightness knob never works."
nah we just dont have enough compassion..not!
Has Coleman won a single court ruling?
I know, everyone...it's amazing. Also, check out Schumie's face NOW and then.........wassup? So smoooooth?
Beamish, imagine the media missing this?
So, Ducky, what's the point? Coleman went to WASH DC just as Coleman was up in the votes and, when he returned, every single vote suddenly found in the strangest places went to him! bizarre, isn't it? (the courts can't discern that, they have to go by what they're told)
To imagine any thinking American would vote for United States Senator a man who posed in diapers is a tough one, but we're getting used to the real character of you Dems long about now. Who KNEW?
stop calling Duhkkky a Dem. Call him what he really is.
The question remains, z. Has Coleman won even a single court challenge?
The will of the voters has been tested according to law and Coleman lost. Time for him too stop whining. I know his win is important to you since you like some Fascist in your elected representatives but the fact is that he lost the election.
Z,
I heard Dennis Prager playing these this morning. More show content for him on the way! ;^)
Ducky, I hear from reliable sources (Hugh Hewitt show) that Coleman is going to have to accept defeat so the liberal snowball effect will continue to seize our government, which will only be good in the sense that you are going to learn the actual definition of fascism.
Deaner
Schumer and Hillary Clinton: Gee thanks New York. You guys are really on the cutting edge of slaying the nation.
How is Coleman fascist? He doesn't have a leftist bone in his body.
oops, more Republican naughtiness. The media is chowing down on this one.

Arkansas GOP Senate Candidate Apologizes For Calling Schumer "That Jew"
By Eric Kleefeld - May 14, 2009, 12:19PM
Arkansas state Sen. Kim Hendren, who is currently the only announced Republican candidate for U.S. Senator against Democratic incumbent Blanche Lincoln in 2010, has apologized for referring to Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) as "that Jew," at a county Republican meeting last week.
"I don't use a teleprompter and occasionally I put my foot in my month," Hendren told Arkansas blogger Jason Tolbert.
"At the meeting I was attempting to explain that unlike Sen. Schumer, I believe in traditional values, like we used to see on 'The Andy Griffith Show,'" he explained. "I made the mistake of referring to Sen. Schumer as 'that Jew' and I should not have put it that way as this took away from what I was trying to say."
Beamish, Coleman is a Fascist through the same lens that has Obama as a Socialist.
Hyperbole is all the rage these days. You surely understand that.
Ducky,
Thanks for your non sequitur. I'm quite turned off by Sen. Hendren's remarks, and I don't believe you'll find anyone here defending her. However, you've posted several times on this thread and have yet to comment on Senator Schumer's inconsistent statements.
Care to wax germane?
Deaner
That's because in typical liberal fashion ducky changes the focus of any given topic when that topic is the fact that his liberal heroes are dishonest cowards. Instead of addressing the topic of the post, it went from Chuck's hypocrisy to Coleman's facism in a hurry.
Ok Deaner, here's my take:
Take the hypothetical: If we knew that there was a nuclear bomb hidden in an American city and we believed that some kind of torture, fairly severe maybe, would give us a chance of finding that bomb before it went off, my guess is most Americans and most senators, maybe all, would say, Do what you have to do.
------------------------
If, through some highly highly improbable circumstances you know there is a direct nuclear threat and through some equally ridiculously improbable circumstances you have access to a suspect who likely has relevant info then guess what --- you do what ever it takes. You use the methods that are most likely to be successful. DUH!!!!!!
Now compare that highly, highly improbable situation with the torturers getting zero information and most likely trying as hard as they might to get some false confession so they have to scare the right wing bed wetters even more and legitimize their military screwups.
Surely even a right winger can tell the difference between the two scenarios. As it was they had to settle for Colon (sic) Powell in front of the U.N. muttering some inanities about Saddam's Mobile Labs of Death and other outright lies that got you all frightened.
So as you see, there is no serious inconsistency here, just right wingers being drama queens.
Ducky,
Talk about hyperbole...
Does it have to be a nuke? I don't think Senator Schumer's hypothetical meant to be that specific, do you? 9/11 was about hijacked airplanes? If it was that kind of a plot again that waterboarding helped foil, would you be ok with it?
Deaner
This hypothetical that everyone (especially Rush the Vulgar Gasboy) is so fond of is not particularly relevant.
The torture that was done by Cheney's grunts, the Gitmo prisoners, the prisoners sent to Saudi and Egypt et. al. for torture ... these were not life and death situations and there is absolutely no reason to believe they stopped anything or that torture was the best method of obtaining information.
More than anything else the administration wanted to gin up reasons to fight the great International War on Terror and give themselves a leg up for the election.
Dear Ducky,
Dude.... We had the mastermind of 9/11 (uncle of Ramsey Youssef) and admitted torturer/murderer of Daniel Pearl in our hands along with two other high level Al Qaeda operatives, and got info of a plot to attack Los Angeles (that was foiled - arrests made) due to these EIT's or as you would say "torture" - tactics that made Nancy Pelosi ask, "Are we doing enough to get the information?" - VP Cheney has asked for these classified docs detailing the results of waterboarding, caterpillaring, etc. to be released to illustrate that for you.
Sorry if you don't believe we are in a war against terrorists who picked this fight. I'll just never agree. BTW, Obama sure is dragging his feet on bringing the troops home, huh? What's up with that?
May God bless you, and grant you wisdom,
Deaner
Deaner,
First you must learn the proper spelling it's
Duhkkky
...absolutely no reason to believe they stopped anything or that torture was the best method of obtaining information. There's no reason to believe anything unless more information is released...least of all from some artsy fartsy leftist who doesn't know the difference between Pan Arabism and Pan Islamism nor can come up with anything other than the one hit wonder..."right wingers, like shooting fish in a barrel."
Ducky,
I don't speak Hyperbolese.
Fascism is a product of left-wing thought. Always has been, forever shall be.
It's not the right's fault the left monopolizes the tyranny and atrocity facet of world history.
Beamish is 100% correct in that response to Ducky. Fascism is a creation of th Left, histoically, factually, totally. Further: all the massive genocidal and holocaust-level atrocities of the past 100 years have been the work of Big Governments. Yet the Left persists, imbecilically, in touting the urgent need for Big Government. There have been those (and I would agree with them) who assess the Progressive mindset as symptomatic of mental disorder; from the facts I have stated above, how can this assessment be seen as an exaggeration?
