Obama will have access to our BANK ACCOUNTS, did you know that?

Please click HERE, there's an article about how the government will have access to our BANK ACCOUNTS to pay for medical procedures under Obama's HealthScare plan. Did you know that? From the article:
Section 163 of Obama’s bill is merely an attempt by the government to legitimize its massive snooping under the cover of health care. In addition to deducting medical costs directly from you account, the law will allow the state to monitor all of your financial transactions.
From a Doctor acquaintance's long list of details he highlighted and emailed to me:
Page 59 HC Bill lines 21-24: Govt will have direct access to your bank accounts for elective funds transfer.
ACCESS TO OUR BANK ACCOUNTS? DIRECT ACCESS? WHAT is going ON?
If I showed you more from the long list of details from the good Doctor quoted above, you'd be needing health care right after you read it, so I'll spare you. IT IS GRUESOME. It's shocking. What the heck, maybe I'll publish it later today.
Folks....they're not having access to MY bank account, TRUST ME. YOURS?

I guess a run on the banks must be in their plans then. You can be sure there wilkl be one if this passes. I will keep my money close to home, screw the 1/4 % interest! I had seen this in the bill a week or so ago and then forgot to spread the word.

Although I decided I wouldn't post on politics a while back -- just too depressing and futile -- I had to post on this current situation of ordinary citizens being treated like criminals.

http://watchpraystand.blogspot.com/

I embedded a CNN video of that guy who protested at Arlen Specter's Town Hall that he didn't get to speak, a piece of news I can hardly be thought to have dug deep to find, but now there is only a big red box in that area, and not only has it been removed from my post, everything I tried to write after it won't post, a couple paragraphs about the current attacks on American freedoms.

I did a separate test post to see if it would go through and it did, but I'm wondering if this isn't Big Brother clamping down already. Of course it COULD be a technical glitch, BUT . . .

A few days ago, as I mentioned here, my email page kept refusing to load, and I got a very odd message purporting to explain why. But the truth may be that I'd just sent out an email with some words a government spy program would probably flag.

Hey, I don't know, but we've all been seeing it coming, right?

So, perhaps other strange behaviors of the internet mentioned here recently, by you, Z, at least, are along the same lines?

I think we all keep hoping they're just blind and will eventually wake up, but more and more it seems like the other option we'd rather not believe -- intentional criminality. Big Brother is here.

Concerning money, I routinely keep out a certain proportion of cash these days against the coming big bust, though of course it may not be worth anything when the time comes, and my income is so small anyway I'm going to be depending on God like I've never had to before. But He's bigger than any bank or any government -- and I'm not afraid to die if it comes to that anyway.

Something the majority of people always do is miss the big picture.

History is repeating again as God always gives sinful people the leaders they deserve.
What we see only beginning is God's judgment on a nation which has turned it's back on Him.
We have rejected Him and His blessings and are left with everything cursed ,from the economy to Afghanistan to Health Care to Obama, America PRIDE always leads to destruction.

The corrupt political system, right and left will not save us.
Hard message but it's the truth folks.

'Oh, that my head were waters,
And my eyes a fountain of tears,
That I might weep day and night
For the slain of the daughter of my people!
Oh, that I had in the wilderness
A lodging place for travelers;
That I might leave my people,
And go from them!
For they are all adulterers,
An assembly of treacherous men.
“ And like their bow they have bent their tongues for lies.
They are not valiant for the truth on the earth.
For they proceed from evil to evil,
And they do not know Me,” says the LORD.
“ Everyone take heed to his neighbor,
And do not trust any brother;
For every brother will utterly supplant,
And every neighbor will walk with slanderers.
Everyone will deceive his neighbor,
And will not speak the truth;
They have taught their tongue to speak lies;
They weary themselves to commit iniquity.
Your dwelling place is in the midst of deceit;
Through deceit they refuse to know Me,” says the LORD.
Therefore thus says the LORD of hosts:
“ Behold, I will refine them and try them;
For how shall I deal with the daughter of My people?
Their tongue is an arrow shot out;
It speaks deceit;
One speaks peaceably to his neighbor with his mouth,
But in his heart he lies in wait.
Shall I not punish them for these things?” says the LORD.
“ Shall I not avenge Myself on such a nation as this?”
Jeremiah 9

Bonjour Z, Thanks for stopping by! We must have a common friend, I remember seeing a Z comment somewhere, but I can´t remember where.
I used to play around with Tumbler and when I read this post it reminded me of one I made there back in March. Ol' PresBO´s doing what he can to follow the guidebook.
I´ll get by more often now that I know where you are :-)

Faith,
I think Blogger has changed a setting for my blog.
I never,never in 4 years had any problem with the latest blog page loading ,now I have to hit refresh sometimes more than once and then I go back an it's an older post still.
So I know these things are happening as a wake up call to us.
I think our days on the internet are limited.
Today I read this article where they blamed talk radio for all of this.
I went back and could not find it.
I did find this still up though.

If they don't let us vent our frustrations out, they will have a revolution," Mary Ann Fieser of Hillsboro, Mo., told McCaskill

The people are not as brainwashed by the govt, controled MSM as they thought and the internet and Talk Radio is a problem for them.

With access to bank accounts, premium hikes won't be discovered until after the fact.

And what about those of us who typically run low balances in our bank accounts? Lots of NSF charges, I guess.

It states::

enable the real-time (or near real time) determination of an individual’s financial
responsibility at the point of service and, to the
extent possible, prior to service, including
whether the individual is eligible for a specific
service with a specific physician at a specific facility, which may include utilization of a machine-readable health plan beneficiary identification card;

I read this the other day and was somewhat curious about it. I read it a bit differently though.

As you know I don't support the bill. However I read this not as being able to access our bank account but determining the patient's portion of the bill at the time of service. For instance most of us receive a bill in the mail for what our insurance (in my case BCBS) does not cover. Rather than waiting and wondering (I should know, but I don't often pay attention) it would be calculated at the time of service.

I also read that section in regards to determining eligibility to see a specific doctor at a specific facility to mean that instead of sending the patient over and only AFTER the care is receieved and the patient is billed, they find out they were NOT eligible to see that doctor, it would be determined ahead of time so as to reroute the patient to a doctor in their network or that they are eligible to see.

From my reading of it the dr office should be able to swipe my BCBS card and determine all of this info at once.

Does not mean I support it, but this was my view of it!

Well, the Social Security administration has direct deposit.

Pretty efficient. Don't know what the drama queens are getting upset about. This is the way financial transactions are managed.

As an aside to Faith. I assume you mean gold, because if you are worried about inflation, cash is for suckers.

Faith...we thought my email might have been down for some reason like you suggest but there are many people who do a lot more politics than me. And I think it's wise to keep more cash than we have in the past, I agree with you. With a gun.

marcel, one can't really deny what you wrote here...I do believe God had his hand on America's founding; I just have to keep believing this has to still be His plan. Plus, think of Jerusalem and how it's being given away; that's troublesome, too.

To the rest of you regarding automatic debit? There's a HUUUGE difference with putting money INTO an account and the gov't taking OUT what it feels must be taken OUT. Soon, there will be a law that we must have a certain amount in a bank acct just so the government can get their money. And a big fine if you ran short that month. That can't happen.

Imagine an America not minding this? Some American

I don't want them getting into my accounts without a judge saying they can AFTER I lose a trial. I don't plan on losing any trials so they can stay out of my accounts.

So when you sign up for public health insurance you make your account available to pay bills.

What's the big deal.

Any transaction over 10,000 is automatically recorded and available to the government.
The IRS can get access.

Tempest in a teapot.

Truth said...

You really need to get out more.

This also has been going on for years and years and years. Just try to walk in and make a $150,000.00 cash deposit, the Feds will be all over you, like Jesus on a Cross, by the time you get home.

Z said...

Truth....We know that.

That's OUR CHOICE. We do not want the government having this access. Suddenly, the big open minded Leftwingers have no problem with having BIG BROTHER breathing down their necks because it's THEIR Big Brother, is that it?

fantastic.

Doesn't anyone view that section the way I do or am I just crazy?

Obama hosted a townhall meeting yesterday afternoon that seemed more scripted than some of the soap operas that his broadcast was competing with. Not surprisingly, the meeting was carefully choreographed--so much so that the President couldn't find a single person to disagree with him. Apparently his was the only townhall in the entire country where there wasn't at least one voter opposed to a government takeover of health care. Unlike the millions of concerned citizens packed into local gymnasiums and city halls, this event was replete with a select group of White House cheerleaders. Even the little girl, who famously asked why the other side is so "mean," turned out to be the child of an Obama donor, who is important enough to have already met the First Family and Vice President Joe Biden at a previous fundraiser. Coincidence? As Michelle Malkin pointed out, there are no coincidences in this administration. What was more amazing than all this premeditation is how the President accused groups like FRC of engaging in "wild misrepresentations" while engaging in a series of incredible distortions himself.

don't they need a court order?

and isn't depositing $150,000 still comparing apples to oranges?

shoprat said...

No the IRS doesn't need a court order and that is unconstitutional. There was a great movie made about 25-30 years ago called Harry's war, starring Edward Hermann and David Ogden-Stiers in one of the best Conservative movies ever forgotten where Edward Hermann takes on the IRS and it turns ugly. Really want to find that movie.

It's available to the government?

they can withdraw all or part of it? or they are notified of it?

where can I find info on this?

elmers brother said...

any transaction? and they do this willy nilly? or when you're audited?

elmers brother said...

from what I understand it's just reported to the IRS and this is to prevent money laundering

FrogBurger said...

While reading the bill I was wondering why the treasury and IRS were mentioned so often.

This bill is so unspecific and blurry is so many areas, they could ask the non democratically elected Commissioners and Obudsman to eventually take money from people's bank accounts. Since those people have full powers to set standards, whatever those standards are, why couldn't they do that?

They have little respect for private property so they can certainly keep pushing the envelope, especially with idiots like Ducky who because the IRS is already an almost fraudulent institution wouldn't mind seeing his money stolen away.

I think every mobster, as a national duty, should withdraw money from and find an alternate mechanism. They exist. A friend of mine doesn't use a bank but another service.

The immigrants send money back to Mexico. So why not sending money overseas if you have family there? I'm thinking about it.

DANGER ALERT!

This could result in raping savings accounts! In my case, much of my retirement savings are in regular bank accounts! I also regularly tap those saving accounts for living expenses. It took Mr. AOW and me nearly 30 years to save up that nest egg.

Well, if ObamaCare passes, I'll have to see if I can shelter my savings -- will probably have to pay a high-power attorney big bucks.

Always On Watch said...

And....once savings accounts are raped, I'll be forced into the government plan.

They don't need my frigging banking information to figure out what the insurance will or will not cover. They need to know what services, how much for the services, and how much does the insurance cover. Tell me what the difference is---BEFORE services are rendered---and I will come up with a payment plan. YOU ARE NOT helping yourself to my bank account. I just won't have a bank account if that is what it takes!!!

Also, what Miss Shore said, it will be a frigging COLD DAY IN HELL before I show up for mandatory counciling.

Frigging JERKS!!!
