Beck: "Anti government activist!" ??

Did you know that the Beck Rally was full of ANTI-GOVERNMENT activists? You really must read this article and see some of the biases........the fun never stops.

ANTI-government? We're NOT ANTI-government. We LOVE the government SOOOOO much, we want them ONLY to do what our founders CHARTERED them to do under the U.S. Constitution.

Much has been made by the Left of the "welfare" clause in the Premable to the Constitution as a reason for creating a system of Universal Healthcare, but I would urge them to re-read it...

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

As my good conservative friend Marvin Olasky likes to point out, there's a BIG difference between the words "provide" and "promote". The US government has no charter to PROVIDE for the "general welfare" (as it DOES for the COMMON DEFENSE), it is chartered merely with "promoting" it. The same goes for the US economy, in general.

So note to lefties, stop trying to PROVIDE universal health care and get back to PROMOTING the general welfare

They deliberately seek to confuse a direction (smaller government) with an end (NO government). We are NOT anarchists.

I guess that if you're a leftist and consider the government your personal property instead of a necessary evil you might consider GB as anti-government. But if you are a sane reasonable person you would realize that he merely wishes to restrain government to its proper and constitutional role.

I believe we need to rethink how we pay congress. We start out with their base pay and deduct 1/365th of it for every day that congress is in session or they are campaigning for election.

Obama, and the left believe in collective guilt, and collective salvation. It's not about the individual at all.

The problem is they think government can force this collective salvation, which is not possible. It won't work now, and it never has.

Obama's all about the collective, politically, socially, and economically. This is about establishing an excuse for tyranny. Individual freedom has to die if they get their way.

I had to laugh when I saw in the article, that we are anti-establishment. Well folks, the worm has turned. We heard that song from the other side for years, only then being anti-establishment was the way to be according to the left.

Now they are the establishment. How does it feel leftists, to be the ones who are challenged? You who cried out, "question authority"!

It didn't cost the left their freedom then though did it? No. They used their freedom to bring this tyranny about. Now freedom for the people to make our own choices, is being taken away step by step, until the people are rising up.

We're anti BIG government. We're anti power hungry politicians who turn a deaf ear to the people. And when they don't listen to the voice of the people, we yell louder, and the numbers of voices grow.

It looks like it's our turn to shake things up, and the left doesn't like it. Suddenly, demonstrations are a bad thing. Rallies are a scary thing.

Well tough. We're Americans and we won't take it sitting down. We'll stand up and be counted.

I'm back. I just read the article and the writer missed the point entirely. What part of Honor, Respect, Responsibility, Morals, doesn't he get. Writer? By him a dictionary so he look up words before he uses them.

Geeeeez Prisc.....you really nailed it again. The sheer duplicity and hypocrisy of these rats. Like many have said...use the same play book against them. The rallies are getting bigger and bigger. The next large party convention might bring tears to their eyes....( like Chicago in '68? ) when the power of the TParty hits them on their smug faces.

I am proud to be anti-government. On my Facebook page, my political opinion states 'anti-statist', which is better than anti-gov.

Again I'm proud of it. The drones can go to hell.

The Anti Government activist is said by the media to make Beck et al sound like extremists who want NO government at all, they use this all the time.
