US, the mob!
I think he is overwhelmed with the realities of his job. He is not prepared for this.
I agree with Jungle Mom. I don't think he had any idea how much opposition he was going to have to face to his plans to remake America into a socialist dictatorship.
There is a reason that presidents age 15 years in 4 years in office. Something like dog years.
I agree with Jungle Mom as well. I think his overrated opinion of his own persona, blinded him to the reality of selling an unwanted agenda.

Michelle is probably nagging him about something. That's about all I figure would upset him.

It may just have been a hot day. This character's ego -- like that of the Clintons, who knew and know no shame -- is enormous and so tough I doubt he has any ability to feel at all. Everything he does is calculated for effect. Like all "Progressives" and their fawning handmaidens known as The Mainstream Media, these people have known for decades that simply IGNORING any and all opposition has the effect of weakening and neutralizing it.
Someone who MAY give Obama & CO cause to sweat however may be found in this YouTube link:
FROM THE VIDEO TAPES OF THE FLOOR OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. Congressman Mike Rogers of Michigan speaks out plainly and eloquently against government mandated, government-controlled medical care. LISTEN!

Mike Rogers of Michigan and Joe Wilson of S. Carolina -- along with the great Ron Paul of Texas -- are emerging as our best hope. long may they remain free from corruption!

Agree with Jungle Mom. He's way out of his element of that Chicago mob. Even though he's brought a lot of them with him, it's got to be frustrating to face critical examination when you're used to passing the buck and talking out of both sides of your mouth while the "machine" silences your critics.
So I think what's bugging him most is how to silence his critics.
Hint: Mr. President, that limp-wristed tail-between-the-legs UN speech is NOT a step in that direction.
I should hope that it is his own foriegn policy screw-ups. He is not leading on the 'good war' in Afganistan, which is giving the MSM, and his own party an opportunity to to say that maybe it is time to get out.
And then there is Iran! He has given Israel good reason to think that they cannot count on Obama to cover their back. They may decide to take unilateral action against Irans nuclear installations. Which really puts him between a rock and a hard place.
Of course, he could just be sweating because the 'birthers' are getting closer to finding his 'real' birth certificate.
:)
Let's examine this for just a moment. As far as he and his minions are concerned, they were elected by a LANDslide with a massive MANDATE for change. And yet, with the "change" so far implemented, his popularity has plummeted, the Demorats have not YET been able to freely walk off with their primary bills.
And this deSPITE the fact that Mr Obama is on the television literally every day, the DEM/MSM PURPOSELY omits information that might diminish Our Hero, and they promote him whenever possible.
Of ALL the networks on which Mr Obama recently appeared, the ONLY network ignored was -- ? You guessed it, that hideous Fox News.

Are we to presume he has a conscience?
He just found out that the teleprompter broke...
what's bugging him the most?
what to name the next dog he gets
That too many Americans just won't shut up and let him have his way, that they simply won't drink the kool-aid?
Of all the things going on these days, what do you think is bugging him the MOST?
Living in government housing doesn't keep your family's nasty hygiene from attracting flies.
But seriously, what's bugging Obama the most is that on his first day in office, he found out that there really isn't a remote control hurricane maker.
From the picture, it appears he is fretting over the fact that he has to explain, yet again, that his health care plan will not include illegal immigrants or higher taxes...because...dammit! Americans just don't believe him!
