FOX is reporting polls show Coakley barely getting by.... but getting by.
Please keep up the prayers and please make sure everybody you KNOW in Mass. has voted... they have another hour. This will be a very powerful message to the Liberals even if Brown loses because it's so close, but we'll be saddled with this health care bill and, while some Republicans think its passing and implementation will be the end of the Left when people get a whiff of what it really is, it'll still be there and I'd like input from anybody who might know how it can get UNenacted once congress turns around in 2010 (hopefully?)
Would that the Democrats had really included the Republicans in the health care planning....

everything i'm seeing says there are no reliable polls. i've been talking with people in mass all day and spirits are high for brown. coakley just raised the spector of "ballot tampering" - what the dems will hinge holding up certification of brown on if he wins?
52% of people in mass are independents. it's not over 'til it's over.
I think Brown will need to win by a TRUE count of 20,000 to squeek by.
Nine out of ten dead voters yet to be purged from the voter rolls say emphatically,

I haven't put any hopes in this race.
Even if Brown wins, the House can simply vote to pass Harry Reid's Senate bill (and that's not an unlikely outcome) and the bill goes to Obama to sign without Brown having any say in the Senate-House compromise bill.
The Democrats in the Senate would no longer have a filibuster-proff super majority, but America would get stuck with the worse of the two bill versions.
Pelosi getting the House to pass Harry Reid's Senate bill may be difficult, but there's a Constitution to destroy and American citizens to kill. How can Democrats resist?
certainly a possibity beamish, but i think many of nancy's minions will no longer be so keen to do her bidding.
